I’m not exactly sure what half of these low reviews are, it seems like most are either dim witted or don’t understand how to plug in a simple HDMI cord into a port. Either way, here’s your positive review to relieve your worries. My order came just as pictured and described. Packaging was secure and untampered with. I received everything (HDMI cable, power cable, the earphone/mic device, micro USB cable) and including the controller. There was no sign of damage, it was in fact brand new unlike some of these reviews claim that there’s were tampered with or broken. All in all, you will be fine ordering from these guys. I promise you. [UPDATE] 04/13/2020: I’ve used my PS4 almost daily, and to this day I have not had a single issue. Nothing with port malfunctions, fans overheating, etc. Controller is still perfectly working like new as well. Now I do not play games on this console as I only use it for media purposes such as watching Netflix, Disney+, etc. so I do not put a lot of stress on the controller as others may, but I still have not seen a manufacturing issue on either controller or console. Hope this will relieve your worries still of hesitation on purchasing!

My son loves it!

My 16 year old son is an XBOX lover. He is knowledgeable and involved the gamer community but I had been wanting a Playstation for some of the exclusive games. He really likes it a lot but says he still prefers the Xbox controls.

Arcade premium style graphics!

Game console has arcade type graphics very entertaining games has wifi so you can purchase and download games but will not play audio cds.

Yeah it doesnt have 1TB cause that 200+gb is for the system to run its files to run start up etc. nothing on a console is an extract 500gb or 1TB, want more space get an external hdd/sdd. Came undamaged in orginal box WITH the cords of hdmi and power, even a brand new controller and everything else you would expect for a brand new console good price too. would reccomend this buyer. Was also carefully packed to inside the box.

Great console

Much smaller overall than my original launch model ps4, quieter as well very happy with purchase, i should add that this console came from a seller and fufilled by amazon, which means i ended up with a free game and a 20% off coupon for the ps store sooo very happy.

Redesigned, slimmer, PS4 is an excellent value!

The redesigned PS4 Slim has all of the excellent features of the original, but with a lower price and twice the storage capacity not to mention it's slimmer build. This purchase has been well worth the money, my son has really enjoyed playing all of his games on his new system.

Love this thing!

I have been holding on to a PS2 for a while. When these got on sale, last year, I pulled the trigger. Could not be happier. Took a while to get used to the UI but, I found Prime Video, easy enough and now I can play games with my nephews. Like we did years ago at my house, with the PS2, when they were younger, well we all were back then. 🤔

Can't believe I've waited this long to purchase a PS4 but I love it. I was an XBOX user for years and decided to make the switch after Microsoft botched an order of mine recently. The PS4 was delivered brand new and unopened within 3 business days. No complaints at all.
