No bites!

I bought the pants and top, they are great! This is the first time I have gardened and not had a single bug bite! Last year I got Lyme, so even tho you look a bit funny it is well worth it. I am 5 8” and the s/m was a roomy fit Draw cords pull all openings shut. Also good feature is zip head opening, so you don’t have to have your whole head under. Great, well made product! Cool, breathable, fabulous protection from bug bites especially when bug spray is added

We have a vacation cottage in central Ontario. Black flies, mosquitoes, and deer flies are horrible during May and June. I wear these pants with my Original Bug Jacket which comes down and cinches at the hips preventing bugs from getting into clothing. I also wear tube socks over the the ankle elastics. The pants are cool and comfortable especially with a bathing suit or shorts underneath. They also wash beautifully in an automatic washer and dryer.

Great protection at a very reasonable price.

This is great, at an amazing price! I can access my backyard jungle for prolonged times, without overdosing on deet. I hear lots of skeeters swarming me, but they’re fended off. They can get me if the mesh is close to my skin in some spots (back, especially), but the way I experience it, the mosquito annoyance is something like 98% reduced. I recommend wearing a hat to avoid scalp attacks, plus long pants, socks and gloves. I wore this to pick black raspberries. Thorns caught the material occasionally, I was able to gently back out of the situation without the mesh pulling or being ripped; it seems fairly strong, considering how fine it is. This jacket has spring loaded cinch locks on elastic bands, at the waist and wrists; very important. The neck zipper is an excellent feature. If you wear long pants, gloves and a decent thickness long sleeve shirt with this, you’re going to be well-protected. Despite being mesh, air will flow a little less freely, and accordingly, expect to be a bit warmer than usual. Likewise, visibility is a little bit hazy through such a fine mesh weave. Believe me, the comfort of avoiding mosquito gang blood draws is soooo well worth the slight discomfort. If you’re being swarmed, this jacket is a very important item to use.

Awesome! We've been working alot this summer in the backyard and I hated bugs trying to get close to my face, so this is so helpful! It does have a smell but you can get rid of the smell by washing it by hand with bar soap and let it dry so the smell isn't there anymore. I love it! I bought one for my mother too.

Works with any hat

I love this net. I had bought a hat that included a net that covered face and neck. However the hat was very thin on the top and I was still getting bit on the top of my head. This mosquito net product allows me to wear any type of cap or hat and provides protection on top

No more mosquito/spider bites in the summer

So I am extremely adored by mosquitos and decided to install grow boxes in my backyard to grow fruits and veggies. Perfect storm to encourage all types of insects into my urban farm ecosystem. I got tired of spraying myself down with repellants, and it was too warm in Los Angeles in the summer to wear long sleeved shirts and long pants, so I saw this solution online and started checking prices. Some were pricey, so then I checked Amazon prices and these fit into my budget. I love them. When I wear them while tending to my bounty of fruits and veggies, I no longer get bitten. I am so happy about this non toxic solution. I recommend them for gardening, hiking etc.

Screw you mosquitoes. (I'm 4'11", and the ties at the ankles and wrists really help not trip all over it. Like other reviews have stated, if the suit is tight against the skin, you may get bit. Overall a nice determent, especially around the face. Wear a baseball cap and it'll drape over the edge and provide better vision.)

Works Well

I wasn't sure what size to get. I'm 5'6'' and 180 pounds so i got the large/xl size. In a mens size I wear large. Boy that was wayyyyyy to big. but it has a drawstring that works well so i could still wear them. they kept the bugs at bay. I also used bug spray.

Convenient jacket that prevents mosquitoe bites.

My yard has been very difficult this year with the extra moisture and thus mosquitoes. When I got this jacket, I used it immediately. I spent several hours working in a mosquito area of my gardens and received no bites. Same results each time I use it. Everyone needs this jacket. It protects from head to well below the waist. I can't say enough good words about this product.
