Great for people like me that need constant movement

The perfect ball for work! Comfortable and sturdy. I got the 65 inch ball and it was just the right size. I’m 5’3” so i could’ve gone with a smaller one but I liked this size better. Pumped air in it within 5 minutes.

Ball vs. $900 office chair

Love this for my office. Like many I sit in a chair 8+ hours a day looking at a computer. I even have a $900 Herron Miller office chair, however, I still had lower back pain and poor posture. This immediately took pressure off my lower back he first day I used it. I've ditched the $900 chair and am loving sitting on a ball all day. 😏

Replaced my desk chair

I bought this ball chair to replace my desk chair at work- I didn't find my work chair particularly comfortable and wanted to do something good for my body and back. I get mild back and neck pain from sitting for long periods of time. Let me tell you.... I LOVE this ball chair. I ordered the size in accordance with the chart based on height and it's the perfect size. I have only had the ball chair for one week and i'm already in love and feel a difference. The first few days I did half days (4 hrs) on the ball and now i'm doing 6-8hrs per day on the ball. When I switch back to a regular desk chair- I feel my body instantly hurts- I didn't realize before how bad it was. I highly recommend this ball chair. Try it out at least. The base nicely keeps the ball somewhat in place so it doesn't roll away. LOVE.

100% Satisfied with Quality!

100% satisfied!! Strong, grippy rubber--so no fear of slipping. The ring is so nice to even just keep it in place out of the way when not in use. It didn't come with directions, but fairly easy to figure out. I had also wanted to sit at desk with it, but too short. I got the 65 cm as recommended for my height of 5.7. In the future I may get the larger 75 cm for the desk. Meanwhile, the 65 cm is a safe and manageable size. Oh, and if feels so good laying on my back on it. For those whose back is curving inward from working at a desk; this straightens out my posture. I have an up-side-down machine (an inversion mechanical machine) that I may get rid of now since I have this comphy ball!

Lifesaver for the Seated Worker

After doing a bunch of research, I decided on this Trideer ball and ring set to help ease the pain and poor posture that plagued me from sitting at an office chair at my bedroom desk. Although the instructions on how much to inflate, etc. were vague, I found the foot pump mechanism to be much easier and efficient compared to the cheap handheld pumps I that had come with past exercise balls I had ordered before. Once set up, I was pleased that it fit well and placed me at a good height for computer and schoolwork at my desk (I'm 5'4'' and ordered the 65cm). I'm very happy with this purchase that has kept my core and back muscles engaged while sitting and helped eliminate the sitting-related lower back pain I had been experiencing. Will recommend and would buy again!

I apologize for taking so long to post this review, I had an operation and was unable to use the keyboard just after receiving my order. When I received my ball chair it had a air leak in the ball ring. I sent an email to Trideer and explained the problem and they answered right back telling me that they were out of the black rings right now but, they could send a different color and gave me the choice to chose a different color, and I selected a blue one. Within a week I had the new ring. I have been enjoying my ball chair and am glade I ordered it. I do believe it is helping to strengthen my lower back muscles already!

This is a GREAT idea for a seating system

I bought the chair system... 65cm ball with ring and I love it!! I have a bad back and the gentle movements that it makes while I'm seated have actually made my sitting at my card tables/desks much much less painful. I think the ring is a good idea in that while seated, it only shifts a little side/side..front/back but in circle kinds of motions and gently. I do have to pay attention to not slumping but that is in any chair. Also, the ball comes with some exercise suggestions for use as an actual exercise ball and they are good too.., you just pick it up .. very very light- out of the ring and exercise with it.... There are many many ways to look up easy to hard exercises with these kinds of balls on the internet and YouTube. The ring only stabilizes the ball for sitting so the ball is no higher than 65 cm tall and easily fits under a card table where I do jigsaw puzzles. I DID have a question about the set up of the ring that confused me and in the pamphlet that you get with it in the box is the email address for the company in which to contact them... I emailed on a Saturday morning my question and got a complete clear reply by Sunday evening... The reply also said that if I continued to have any problems they would just send a new ring and to let them know. I have to say, I have never gotten as quick a reply from any company I've ordered from online as this company... I would order from them anytime I could!! They also offer for a customer to sign up to get discounts for other equipment to use or try out new products for review... I would do that in an instant for this company except I have a very low income and can't... But recommend doing that as well.. I think it would be fun to review exercise equipment for such a great company!

Doesn’t lose air!

Love this! I recently switched from floor nurse to an office job where I’m sitting at a desk all day-not healthy. The first exercise ball I got locally (a Gold’s Gym ball) didn’t hold air and came with a hand pump that was obscene to use at work! This ball does not have either of those problems. I just, this week, finally had to add more air to it after sitting on it a couple hours a day for 4 weeks. Literally pumped it up the first day and didn’t have to add more air for FOUR weeks! And the foot pump is so much better and quieter. The ring is great, really keeps the ball from rolling around without blocking the purpose of the ball which is to force you to balance on it. Plenty of room to bounce and move without rolling away or falling off. The tape measure is a great feature to help you figure out how much air to add. I’m 5’7” and didn’t even need to go the full height suggested. If I had, I would have been too high up for my normal height desk. My feet still are flat in the floor with knees at 90 degrees. All all the plugs, plug remover and hose attachments are more than generous and way more than I got with the other brand ball. The color is just as pictured and really brightens up my boring cubicle. I can feel it in my abs and thighs sitting on this, and have even managed to balance on it sitting Indian style. The only reason I’m not on it all day is because my butt gets sore. But I’m working up to it. Also working on getting my coworkers to get their own. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend after months of use

Exceded expectations! I've heard from customers whom have ordered and used them at thier work say HR had band them, obviously they've neither tested or used them personally. stability is definitely not a problem. also mine has lost zero air after months of use, and a doctor has mentioned it wouldn't hurt me to lose some weight, so theres that.
