Wills & other Primary Legal documents made easy

Will Maker is very user-friendly. The software walks you through what is needed to create and maintain a Will, Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney and more. I bought the product for the previous mentioned documents. Making changes was very easy.

This is excellent software if

This is excellent software if, you life is mostly simple to medium complicated. If you have kids, you can still use this to do stuff, but I would have it checked by a lawyer. If you have complicated life, It still we assist you in deciding if you need a more complicated estate plan. Get the book Make your own living trust as well, it works in hand with this software.

Legally complete and easy to use

Had to work through some of the legalese when signing and getting notarized. But over-all an excellent way to take care of important business

Made and notarized. The person reviewing said there was no problem with the legality of my will, POA, advanced directive,... (I still want to fill out a couple other things.) But it was incredibly easy to use. (This is stupid, but do you know what I found out in my search? There's such a thing as a "mobile notary" and they'll come to your house - for a small fee, of course....) Anyway, that was pretty handy when I did Moms, mine, and my husbands forms. Mom can't get around too easily, so there was an easy solution. So! I know there's a bunch of software out there, and, believe me, I've tried them, but this one seems to be the easiest and quickest way to get things done. Best of luck!

Great Software for Wills

Just what I was looking for to get started.

I find this software very educational and functional. The documentation is well written and the software is very user friendly. I was told by a co-worker at my employer (credit union) that I could eliminate "the middle man" using this software to setup my will and trust instead of going through a bank and save a lot of money. So far, very happy with WillMaker Plus 2018 & Living Trust and would recommend it to anyone.

Very easy to use

Have used many times over the years. Very easy to use. Had everything I needed to do multiple types of forms. Uses information for the state you live in. Has will and health directives. Very good product.

Terrific product

Wow. First time I made a will was with a lawyer. This is a lot, lot cheaper and easier. Just answer some questions and it cranks out a will for you. Also provides an opportunity to create powers of attorney. Very nice product.
