Great Brow Definer.
A friend had a similar-looking brow definer by Bobbi Brown, but I wasn't going to pay anywhere close to what that one cost. This one looks great and has plenty of long-lasting tint. I'm very happy with it. The only negative I would say is that I found it cheaper at a nearby retail store.

Spent years using a brow pomade but got tired of it drying out in the little pot so quickly. I avoided pencils since I could never find one that went on as saturated and with a creamy sort of consistency that I was used to. Tried this on a whim since I'd seen a few positive reviews via Youtube and thought the angled tip was pretty neat. I don't know if I'd want to use anything else ever again because I love it so much! Easy to apply, goes on smoothly and the little brush on the end is great for evenly brushing product through the brows once they're filled in. Looks so natural and precise. So very happy to get out of my comfort zone and try something new.

LOVE this brow pencil!
Original Review: I had been using the NYX brow palette for a few years, but was looking to get a more defined brow, especially since as I get older my brows get more patchy. I bought the medium brown and at first didn't like the effect they gave ...they seemed too dark and "drawn on." Then I watched a video on Facebook about how to properly apply brow pencil and the difference is enormous. Now I love the way my brows look. How I apply: 1) Use the spoolie to brush all my brow hairs up. 2) Draw a light line along the lower edge of my eyebrow with the pencil. 3) Still using the sharp edge of the pencil, sketch in individual lines in the direction of the hair (starting at the bottom and sweeping up). Do this lightly at first and go back and fill in any areas that require it. 4) Sketch another light line along the top edge of my eyebrow. 5) Use the spoolie to brush the brow hairs upward again and blend the pencil lines. 6) Touch-up any areas that require additional pencil. I still suspect the medium brown might be a little dark for me, I will be trying the soft brown on my next order. Update Feb 2019: After several months of use my original pencil finally ran out, so I needed to purchase a new one. I got the soft brown this time (previously had the medium brown). It is a bit lighter and has a reddish cast, which perfectly matches my auburn hair! So I will be continuing with the soft brown from here on out. I was pleased with how long my original pencil lasted, I got about 4 months of daily use before needing to buy again! I've also added a before and after pictures.

Perfect tip, great color, can't beat the price
I gotta admit, I get lured into trying (and believing) many of the new, slick, influence-driven make-up lines. Some of them are great. Many under-deliver. Maybelline? So last century. But maybe there's a reason it's survived and thrived for 115 years. This eyebrow pencil is one small reason among the many. 1) I have a scar in the middle of my eyebrow that makes a decent eyebrow line challenging. This does better than anything else I've found. 2) It's affordable. You simply can't beat the price. If it were bad quality, that wouldn't matter. But this is affordability + quality = value. If you want even more savings, you can get it on subscribe & save. 3) The tip is so perfect. It's chiseled, so you can use it for precise, hair-by-hair definition, or you can use the broader part of the tip for more brush-like effect. 4) Texture. This goes on so smoothly, and it stays on. Doesn't flake. 5) The color (medium brown) is just right. It's really medium brown. I've used some pencils where that translates to almost-black or almost-blonde. This is really medium brown. 6) The length of the pencil itself makes it very manageable. I've had some that were too short or too long to have a good hold while I do my eyebrows. This is Goldilocks just-right. I like it! I like it a lot! (If you have found my review helpful, I'd really appreciate if you would click the "Helpful" button. Thanks so much for reading! Liz)

If you have sparse eyebrows this is a godsend!
I have little to no eyebrows. Penciling them in with something like the brow wiz with the tiny tip is pointless and takes forever and I run out in a month or less. This makes it easy and my brows look BOMB!!! I will buy this over and over and over

and I really like it! What I learned after the first time ...
I have been using the same eyebrow pen for a few years and it wasn't available on Amazon anymore. So I gave this a shot, and I really like it! What I learned after the first time applying it though is to press lightly while drawing them on. I looked pretty silly when I first did it because it was just way too dark and I was worried the color was wrong. Then I did it again pressing much lighter and the color matched way better and I didn't look so goofy.

Great for filling in eyebrows
I have one eyebrow that literally is about half gone after having children. When my hair fell out after being pregnant, my eyebrow thinned significantly and hasn't filled back in. It's really hard to fill it in and make it look natural. This works great. I love that it also has the brush on the other end.

Easy to apply, looks natural
The diamond shaped makes all the difference! A pencil-like point just seems like too much work to apply and a big brush is only good when you have naturally thicker brows. This colors in my sparse eyebrows with a natural finish.

Best retractable eyebrow pencil
I'm new to doing my sparse, barely there eyebrows (which by the way are uneven as well) and I know that I'll never master it like a pro with the gradient effect and all and I've accepted that. SO with that being said, this is the most natural looking brow pencil. Everything else I use and have owned is way too dark or it's very easy to tell my real eyebrow from the pencil itself. I like this. It's the closest to natural you're going to get. Yeah, prehaps people may still be able to tell it's pencil however it's not bluntly obvious and most importantly--hideous. Soft yet not too soft like crayon. I'll be ordering more of these when the one I have runs out. Just wish it was waterproof. Edit: pictures posted, first one is before and after.

Red heads use blonde
So far I’m in love. This is my first time using the Blonde color and I was a little worried. However for me being Casper’s cousin (super fair complexion and most light colors make me look like I have uber dark brows) and a red head - this actually looks really good - it’s still darker than my regular but light enough that it doesn’t look weird with my red hair. Now, I have think brickman brows so I just have to use this to fill in - for drawing them on it looked weird. So I won’t be doing that. However, it seems to be holding up with me touching my face and what not and hasn’t faded. So far it’s been great. I’ll update it once I use it a bit longer.
