There are quite a few pros and cons about this wagon. We got this wagon for our trip to Disney. We have a 22 month old girl, and I was looking for a troller that could give her comfort at her naptime. According to some reviews, some people have taken it to Disney with no problem. Had no issue in any of the parks except for Magic Kingdom. A lady at the entrance gave me attitude because she wasn’t understanding that the veer cruiser is a hybrid. She kept on saying it was a trip hazard. She said I could rent a stroller free of charge since mine was not allowed. I was already very upset with her attitude ignored her comment and went into the park. All the rest of the employees at the park thought was the coolest thing ever, plus I saw other wagons in there too. So yes, you can use it at Disney Parks. We bought all the accessories. The basket makes the wagon really long and somewhat hard to navigate in a park full of people like Magic Kingdom. The option of the bed is really nice, the only inconvinience is to carry it on the side. Yes, you can attach it to the wagon, but you have to remove it if you have to fold the wagon. Same with the canopy. Going from point A to point B is a real hassle. Since nothing can stay attached, except for the basket. But even then, you still have to take either everything, or most of the stuff out of the basket. So I was taking care of our daughter, pillow, bag of snacks, and bag with bed, while my husband had the veer cruiser and the canopy. Once you are at the park it is nice and convenient because you can set up everything where it is supposed to go. And it does work for naps. The veer cruiser is a little on the heavy side. air folds, although it still occupies some space. Not so easy to take it in a shuttle or bus, specially if a bunch of people are hurrying you up. By the way, I got the cover for the flight, even with it, a little piece from the handlebar got damaged. Not quite sure how that happened, probably poot handling. Overall, it is a great product. It is heavy duty, and received a lot of compliments. Although I still believe there is room for improvement. Their customer service is amazing. I sent an email to the company about the broken piece, and wondering if they had a replacement for it. They immediately responded my email and followed up promptly. I got a replacement sent to my house after a couple of weeks. I am amazed with their customer service.

This WAGON!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I bought 3 for my three adult daughters and their families. They tell me that it might be the best gift they’ve ever received. Solid. Yet simple. The owners are responsive to questions, and so helpful. I highly recommend. The price initially seems a bit steep, but worth every penny!

Love love love this stroller! I have a 5 year old who does not walk and a newborn. This is the only stroller on the market that successfully transports both my boys without my oldest legs skimming the floor or his bottom sliding off since he is bigger, like it did with other strollers due to his size. We get a bunch of children wanting to ride and parents interested in our wagon stroller when we go out. We love it! Best stroller investment ever for a growing family!

Overall I think this is the best stroller for two kids. Its easy to fold and the accessories are not a headache to put together . When it’s in the wagon mode it’s certainly a lot more manuvarble than in the stroller mode , which was a bit disappointing ; I don’t always want to tug a wagon. Another downfall is the weight and size : it fits in our Audi A4 car only when wheels are detached and then I have no more room for anything in the trunk so it’s for sure for people who have an SUV . Don’t expect to lift this post partum either it’s really a work out. My toddler is in love with the wagon though she feels like she’s riding a train lol .

Best thing I bought for my kids! Turns heads everywhere we go. And my.kids being 3 and 1 there's still a lot of room to grow. Also great quality, you can see it in every detail. Someone asked me if I spent a 1000 bucks on it. Nope, but close! But it is all worth it

Update March 2019: I had to contact customer service because my parking brake stopped working. They asked for photos of the brake assembly, and once they saw them, offered to send me a whole new wagon. When it arrived, I shipped back the broken wagon with the box from the new one and a pre-paid shipping label. Veer even scheduled the FedEx pick up from my house. I really appreciate that they made it so easy for me. They stand behind their product! Original review: I hesitated to buy this wagon due to its price tag, but my 2 year old son was getting impatient in the stroller and I'm not ready to give up the stroller walks just yet. Nor do I want to drag a wagon behind me, so this was the best option. It steers and handles well, takes bumps nicely, and I can tell it is well made. The first time I used it my son kept bumping his head on the backrest so I did end up buying him the toddler insert. I also bought the storage bin, which has come in handy. I've taken this hiking with my son and my 5 year old nephew and they enjoyed riding in it, though after awhile were kicking each other for foot space. But, that's to be expected. I'm now expecting baby #2 and this will function as our double stroller.

Couldn’t be happier! Not only does my toddler LOVE her new Veer, but so does our pup! It’s everything I ever dreamed it would be. We call it the Cadillac of the wagons. 😉

The only negative I could find about this product was the packaging. Had to virtually destroy it to get into it, but that is literally the only slightly negative to this truly wonderful product. Certainly not enough to downgrade it to 4 star. Once I had removed it from the packaging and started to assemble it the first impression is how well built it is; being an engineer I could appreciate how much time and effort had gone in to this product. Everything just fit together perfectly. The next thing is how solid it is. This does mean the product is a little on the heavy side but its built to last. Which is one of the reasons I forked out what seems like a lot of money for a pull along wagon, but considering I'm expecting to get at least 4 or 5 years out of this, I think the price is well justified. Love the way it all folds down to making it comfortably fit into the boot of my car. We took this for its first proper outing to Houston zoo at the weekend and it was great, so much better than when we had gone previously with the stroller. We purchased the canopy and storage unit separately which in my opinion are essential items. My son loved it and had no complaints all day. And the amount of comments we had was unbelievable. One woman said it was the Rolls Royce of wagon's which about sums up the product. I can't recommend this enough. I know the price will put a lot of people off but if you have the chance to see one in the flesh you will realize why it costs what it does.

Words can't describe how much I love this thing. We just keep it in the back of our car and take it everywhere we go. We've run races with it, taken it to the beach or along the river, and even hiked with it! It has so much room that we walk to the grocery store with the baby, load it with groceries on one side, and walk home together. And everywhere we go, people ask about it and I hand them a card (Veer was so smart, they put a little pack of square cards in the side netting so you can hand them out). Our 7 month old fits in it with his car seat attachment or sitting in the seat with the five point harness and its really comfortable for him. He loves the view he gets and there's even a little snap in middle table for his toys, etc. We also bought the accessories like the car seat adapter, the foldable storage basket, the comfort seat, the collapsable awning, and the bug net. Overall the quality and thought that went into building this shows in every detail. Attachments are easy to line up and snap on, it's really easy to pop wheels off or fold it down to fit where you need it to, and it rolls like a dream. It makes every trip out of the house with the kid an adventure that you look forward to taking. I hope they make more accessories for this soon because I would love to try other stuff. What if you could pop off the wheels and put on ski attachments for hauling around in the snow? What if you could pull out the handle bar, slide in a bike axle attachment, and pull it behind your bike?

When we had our second, I hated the idea of investing in a double stroller. Our toddler prefers to walk but needs something when he's hit the end (a mile in or after we've seen 75% of the zoo) and I assumed once our new addition could sit, we'd find a pop-up wagon to fill the need. But that didn't solve our need for something when we walked for exercise. With the handle that can lock in place to treat this as a stroller, but the otherwise feel of a rugged wagon, this seems to fit the bill! As well, my husband was never quite comfortable with the height of the handle and the stride space when walking the stroller (we have a City Mini) and likes this a lot better, though he does wish it could lock at a couple of more angles so he has a little bit more stride space. We did order the toddler comfort seat direct from the manufacturer for our newest. He needed the shoulder straps to fill in the gap between babywearing and fulling sitting. We do wish there was a bit of a more reclining seat. As minimalists, we opted to go straight to the convertible car seat rather than buy an infant carrier AND THEN a convertible car seat, so the carrier adaptation doesn't work for us. If the toddler seat had some recline options, or somehow otherwise was a bit more comfortable for napping (that evening walk seems to just coincide with that last catnap of the day) it would be just perfect. My husband does wish the handle turned backward - the slight outturn of the handle is awkward for him. As well, we look forward to Veer developing a basket or bag attachment that could fit on the handle cup-holder attachments - we had a stroller organizer over the stroller handle and it worked great for cell phones, dog bags, etc. and wish we had that still.
