I know what you may be thinking. Who needs zip ties this big? You do! I use these 26 inch ties for multitudes of uses. Tying lights on deck railings or trees then tying the lights up to store for the rest of the year. Bundling extention cords, tarps, scrap lumber, and on and on. Today I used two ties to repair a broken handle on an old rubbish bin. These ties are more than useful and a perfect partner fo Duct tape as a universal repair tool.

We bought these to hold up a tie rod temporarily on a 14000# four wheel drive tractor until I get time to fabricate a new end. The downward pressure is just the weight of one end of a 4 foot 1 inch solid bar that links the steering of the two front wheels. All the pressure is side to side aside from gravity pulling this bar downward. We had never noticed that the tractor had one of these on it when we bought it, and used it that way for a year, until suddenly the tie rod dropped to the ground and the wheels splayed out. When the old one broke, I needed one to be able to get it to move and get back to the shop. So I bought these and wrapped two of them around it. It's held in an application that it's certainly not intended for (nor is even overly sane, but the tractor moved 2 or 3 mph and only over about a 200 yard distance. I would not use this in actual work for a minute because it would snap right off). Whether advisable or not, it is somewhat of a testament to these things that they can do it at all. I'm pleased. I'll keep these around in each tractor tool box, because if farm component breaks, they are better than duct tape to get a tractor or implement back to the shop to fix it correctly.

These were just as described, good quality tough zip ties. I used them to secure an external charger for my phone to my bike under the front handlebar stem, that thing is now as secure as gold in fort knox. Highly recommended, although in my over-enthusiasm I got much longer ones than I needed, something like 12-15 inches would've been sufficient.

I used the 200lb tensile strength when I absolutely HAVE to put my female pit bull in the cage. She totally destroys a weaker cage than the one pictured but even this one, she jumps and uses her shoulders and knocks the top of the cage loose as well as wiggling the screws loose. Over time, the nuts roll across the floor from the action. There's no doubt a pit bull is extremely strong, she only weighs 50 lbs but she hates that cage. Anyway, putting the zip ties on to secure the top has finally put an end to escapes from the cage. Now, she chews them instead though! We started letting her roam the house due to possibility of injuries from trying to get out of the cage but there are still times we must secure her. I bet these zip ties are not used for this purpose on a regular basis but if 50 lbs of pit bull can't break em, you've got a good product!

Nice, really nice. No it's not the industriel with a stainless lock pin and extra heavy duty feature, but this, I will keep one bag in the truck to strap thing as an other option than chain, line or bungee cord. For the price, it is very strong and a good versatile length. The only drawback, it tough on the teeth to cut, I recommend to use ketchup to improve the taste too LOL. On the plus side it look better and more professional than duct-tape... And don't you have better to do than reading this?

AMAZING! My chain link fence was practically falling apart. My 75 Pounds dogs would jump on the fence to get snacks from the neighbor and the fence would practically fall over. Tried bungee cords but they just rot out over time in the outdoor conditions. I decided to try these as I couldn't afford a new fence. Now I just want to zip tie everything, My fence is 100% secure now and these hold up really good. They were a bit long so just cut them down but very durable

Best Ties I have found on Amazon. These DO NOT Break or snap during use. The plastic material is softer and a little flexible so it keeps them from breaking and snapping. Amazing to me as these are the first ties that I have found made of decent material. Most of the ties on amazon and at Home depot are Brittle and worthless (especially if it gets cooler) like below 55 Degrees. Have ordered the Gardner Bender 36" and TR Industrial 36" both are very brittle and unusable unless you heat them with a torch or heat gun which is soooo lame. Wish people would try out their products before they sell them. These guys clearly have. Thank you for a great product! Only bummer is wish they had longer lengths like 36" and 48"

I needed cable ties to hold in place temporarily a heavy item (a brake caliper) while I did maintenance on and around it (changing brake pads and rotors). These ties are like the shorter ones with which you are familiar, but are both wider and thicker (compare their dimensions other than length with other cable ties). They were strong enough to hold my heavy brake calipers from falling (which could damage the brake lines), and were flexible enough for me to manipulate and work on the calipers. Because these are heavy plastic, they do require a serious cutting tool to remove them. So these did what I expected of them, at a reasonable price.

These worked perfectly for me. They are 5/16" wide along the strap and 7/16" wide at the head. They are sufficiently strong for my needs and I pulled pretty hard to tighten without any fear of breaking them. I would buy these again..

Excellent product. Using them to reinforce the top ridge of my pvc hoop greenhouse. The galvanized pipe straps with 2 screws can only hold so much. 2 200lb straps per rib will let me sleep better when we have windy nights. I bought a different brand last year at the local HD. These are a lot more flexible, longer and stronger. The ones at HD were stiff. These are thick nylon and flex around 2x6's easily. Better value that local big box stores. One thing about ordering more in future: whatever length you think you need, add 4 inches just in case. Will buy again.
