Look great. Easy to install
These are so white, they make my daylight white LED bulbs look yellowish. Super easy to install. Once you have the whole cut open, it's literally just seconds to put in (this coming from a first time DIYer). I installed 3 in a 7'x10' bathroom. Two would have been enough, but I put the third one over the tub and it looks so much better. I live in a dark neighborhood and two of these installed in the soffit were enough to illuminate the whole front lawn. Warning: like other reviewers have mentioned, the holes have to be 6.25". I found an adjustable hole cutter for about $25 in my local HD and it was a breeze.

A nice light that works well.
These lights are a major upgrade from older can lights. They are completely flush with the ceiling and have no opening for bugs or dust to collect. The replacement install was easy, we had our electrician do the j-box install for us. But everything comes well packaged and is simple to use. We are happy with our purchase and will be swapping out the rest of the lights in our home for these ones. On top of everything, the lights look really nice. The only thing I wish was different is if there was a way to change the brightness of the light built into the light. We have another type of light in our home and all we have to do it pull it out and move the switch to go from ultra bright white down to a very warm white. It’s a convenience, but it also means the lights can’t fit into slim spaces. So I understand why the option isn’t available, but it makes choosing the correct brightness a bit more difficult. Regardless, the lights look and work great and we will continue to buy them!

Love these things.
Super easy to install, literally can take a few minutes each if you know what you're doing. Even if you are a novice, the first one shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes to install, each one after that is a few minutes. The recessed lighting look is very much in fashion for home designs and remodels, and these are a very fair price. I would certainly buy them again.

Awesome, super bright, easy to install recessed lighting for the right price!
Unexpectedly bright. Super easy to install. The included lever nuts make wiring as easy as it could be. I could've gotten away with installing less than I did in the area but wanted the coverage. The lights themselves are ridiculously thin. I hooked them up to a Kasa/tp-link dimmer. They fit snuggly in the hole and the clamps work well. I read some issues with the hole size. I used the included guide to cut the holes with a jigsaw and they fit perfectly. It's possible using a hole saw isn't ideal but I'm not sure on that. The minor complaint I have is I ordered 3,000k (soft white) and they look closer to 4k. All my other LEDs are 3k and these look a little cooler but not very noticeably.

Need the correct hole saw for the job
A 6" hole saw is too small. The correct hole saw for these lights is the "Blue Boar Recessed Light Carbide Grit Hole Saw 6-3/8” dia for 6 inch lights." This is available on Amazon. The 6 3/8" diameter is the correct hole diameter for these lights. This hole saw is made to go through ceiling material. Other hole saws made for wood will wear out after a couple of holes.

Do not get the dimmer recommended by Amazon
I was skeptical about the lights but still ordered them. After the install i was happy with the brightness of the light but with the Dimmer recommended by Amazon the lights would not dim enough and where still very very bright. I figured ok i wanted my room brighter and it is what it is. I then decided to get a different dimmer I had bought from HD, i installed it and WOW what a difference the lights are great, dim to almost nothing and when at 100% I need shades. I was so happy I bought more to put around my house outside and my garage.

Worth the purchase and great item for dimming lights with a smart dimmer
I bought two of these 6 pack just to see how they look... Well they look and work great I bought 3 more of the 6 (packs) 30 total. My advise: Is to use irrigation flags to make a tiny hole where you want the light to be just to make sure no obstacles are in the way and/or check attic to double check you don’t drill on a stud. I Adjusted cutter to 6ins or so...BUT... keep in mind the light wafer is not completely circular on top. it has screw notches which sheetrock hole might need to be cut with a jab saw just a tad to have a snug fit. You can chose your own tools but this worked for me. Awesome for Tight Spots!!
I had to replace my furnace a couple of years ago and while I was traveling, my wife had a new high efficiency furnace installed. The guys had to run 2 PVC lines outside of my house and instead of working around my original recess can I had in place, they just removed it and ran their lines right where my can was. Because the space is extremely tight where I installed my can, I've been procrastinating trying to figure out how to install a new one. Well, while surfing Amazon one day, I just happened to stumble across these thin LED recess cans. I figured I'd give it a shot and ordered the 6 pack. First chance I got, I installed the one that was missing. Installation was easy (I use to be a residential electrician) and it'd definitely be easy for the DIYer that is somewhat mechanically inclined. Colored wire to colored wire. White to white and bare copper (it's bare copper if your house if run in romex or green wire if your house is run in conduit) to green wire. My only issue (which really isn't that big of a deal) is that these recess lights are a tad smaller than original recess cans as you can see in the pics. I'm glad I bought the six pack because this light is a bright white where my other recess lights have a slight yellowish tint to them. But, it's easy enough to remove an existing recess can and swap it with a new one. So, I'll have 2 more lights to swap out once I'm back home. Too bad these weren't out when I originally finished my basement because there are several spots I would have loved to of added some recess lights, but traditional cans were the only thing out at the time. Now I know better!

Torchstar 6" recessed lights
Purchased these after meeting with my electrician for some re-work, he said these are of good quality and bright, he was right. Packaging is good, directions so so, * you almost need a 6 1/4 hole saw bit for these as there are nubs on that back that the screws for the light recess into, the junction box is good, comes with small wire nuts. side connectors are break free 3/8 so you will need some type of connector for the wire to connect thru. Good LED lighting, I ended up buying more.
