Incredible range

I love this video monitor! I read many product reviews searching for the right one for our family and I'm glad I did! I'm very impressed by the range. Our house has 3 floors and the monitor has no problem reaching all areas of my house including the porch and deck areas! My hubby can keep an eye on the little one from the basement. The battery lasts through the day during several naps and stays plugged in over night while in use. The night vision is great and the brightness is adjustable so it doesn't keep us awake all night unless our little one stirs. I'm so impressed with this product!

great value

I'm a grandma and needed a monitor for when the children sleep over, but didn't want to spend a large amount of money. Not that the kids are worth it :-) but they are just don't sleep over that often so it seemed overkill. I read a lot of good reviews on this product and it lived up to them. The only thing I will say is it is not a wide view - and truthfully not sure if that can't be adjusted and I haven't found it yet. But I have a crib and a day bed situated close to each other and trying to hang it at an angle that got into the crib but also was wider around the room to see the bed was hard and I had to compromise a bit. But reception, picture and sound are great!

Amazing Deal!

I purchased this monitor as I wanted a simple and inexpensive travel monitor. I was not expecting much, to be honest. I’m beyond impressed! The picture quality is clear, the sound is great, and the connection is far. I’m currently using this in a basement and sitting upstairs on the opposite end of the house and the connection is great. Set up was easy. No bells and whistles but a perfect monitor for the price.

Best Camera on the market?

YES INDEED! My recent purchase of this baby monitor has done well again. Package includes one monitor and one camera, there is an option to add additional cameras if needed. Clarity of the lcd display is clear even with the night vision, sound quality is great and the benefit of it being rechargeable without the need of purchasing additional batteries is a plus. This camera is a plug and play item, no need for apps no need for wifi passwords. I love this camera and it has done so well with our 3rd child I wish I had purchase one sooner.

Product and customer service is truly 5 stars

The MoonyBaby is a very fine piece of equipment. The quality the monitor is excellent. Sound and picture are great and it paired up super fast. What I really want to highlight in this review is the customer service and to the representative named Nick Shaw. Not long after we purchased I misplaced the charging cord and after going through the house I gave up and decided to contact the company. I found them on Facebook and messaged them. Nick responded super quick. I give him my story and that I wished to purchase a new cord. He wrote back saying they would just send a new cord free of charge. This just surprised me as I never quite got a customer service like this. Nick was to top this service a few months later. Our monitor would not charge. Contacting Nick though Facebook, once again he quickly responded. He had me check the cord and a few lights on the monitor. I sent him pictures of what the unit was doing. He determined it was charging socket on the monitor. He went on saying he would send a new 2019 monitor that had a redesigned charging socket. It is a USB port, a much better design. It was delivered in two days and we are back in "business". I urge any potential buyers in the market for a baby monitor to buy this one. It is a great product and the customer is tremendously excellent.

So happy with this purchase! If you're on the fence about getting a baby video monitor then this is a great choice! Haven't had any problems with this camera over the month. I love that it comes with it's own video screen so I don't have to open an app or anything on my phone.

Great for monitoring the elderly.

I’m impressed. I bought this to put in my 95 y/o mother’s room. I have a house that’s spread out, and I couldn’t hear her calling to me if she needed me. The picture quality is great, sound is amazing. It’s small enough it will fit nearly anywhere. My needs are not a lot. This monitor gave me more than I need. Thank you, I can sleep now.

Fantastic features, easy to use, does NOT interfere with my WiFi!

I’m legitimately mad at myself for not knowing about this monitor before, or maybe it wasn’t available when I was pregnant. Great range, great picture, adjusts to ambient sound you have in your baby’s room, shows room temperature, sleep mode only turns the monitor on when noise reaches a certain threshold level (that you can set), while sound is always on. My muffin sometimes giggles and talks in her sleep, which I can hear just fine (excellent sound as well), but the screen won’t flash on until she lets out a cry or a “yes hello mother I am awake please entertain me” holler. Night vision is great, day vision is full color. I’m buying a second monitor for when she gets older to be able to monitor her play in her room at a different angle. Also can’t beat the price. Easily five times better a product than our first monitor that cost us $150. AND... it does NOT interfere with our WiFi! Not in the slightest! It’s like an invisible technological miracle.
