Frost protection
Got this to protect my tomato plants from the first frosts, been holding up perfectly in the low 30s for a week! Moving the plants indoors this weekend, this did it's job and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Good Product Good Price.
I bought this to cover my late lettuce plants. They had come up and we're doing well till the deer ate them down almost to the bud. I built a simple frame to hole it up off the plants about a foot tall and it has worked very well. The lettuce is growing very nice. I may a nice salad within a few weeks. I just put dirt around d the edges and even with the heavy rains we have had in Southern Maryland this fall it has stayed down nicely.

Keeps the moths out.
I'm covering up my zucchini plants to keep the moths out this year. They actually seem to be flourishing. I'm planning on reusing it next year because it is so durable. The water and the light flow right through to the plants and the weight of it doesn't affect the plants at all. I did not prop it up. I just draped it over the plants, left slack for them to grow, and secured the edges with stakes.

Five Stars
works as advertised, in below freezing weather

Shockingly effective
I was very skeptical of this product and unsure that such a thin material could truly protect plants. I can’t speak to temps well below freezing but I have used this in 30 degree weather (with plants on a covered patio) and all of my finicky plants survived. Very pleased

Great frost and I assume pest protection.
I absolutely love this product. It appears it will work well for frost but not a hard freeze. It is marketed to protect tender plants from frost and maybe light freezes. This product is huge as it measures 8 x 24 feet. I made a light framework to support it from PVC tubing for a short garden row. Later I plan to use it to cover a 20' row of tomato plants this fall if we have some cool weather before a heavy frost. I plan to buy a few more for my pepper plants to extend the growing season we have here in WI. First I thought I would try it first this summer to keep the Japanese beetles off the grapes as the size will be just about right for the grape trellis. I assume it should let the light and rain through while keeping the pests out. I was extremely impressed with the material it's made of. Love it and I will buy more soon.

Great fabric, easy to cut, large amount
Generous amount of material. Easy to cut to whatever size you need. I haven't had a below 30 night since purchasing but my seedlings have done very well 35 and above. The sprinklers run at night and water still comes thru, which is good, less watering during the day. I made hoops so the fabric doesn't smash the plants when it gets really wet. I secure the cover with long stapled. Hail season is almost upon us, so i'm interested to see how it holds up. I'll do a follow up review then.

Would be great to help protect garden from insects.
I purchased this item late winter so I don't know how good it can prevent froze bite. Picture is a comparison between name brand sold at Home Depot (green color). I think the fabric is thinner than the one sold at Home Depot (or maybe the color). With being a summer time, I think this item would be great to help prevent insect to eat your produce in the garden because the light can go through the plants. I will have more update once I put the fabric together to the size of container I have. Update* i cut it up and use it as insects protector

Cover cloth also works as a shade cloth.
I love these plant covers. I purchased them with the idea to use them as shade cloth. I live in Florida and the sun burns up my tomato and pepper plants by mid may. Usually by June my garden is gone. This year I'm using the product to shade the garden and it seems perfect. My garden is totally enclosed with chicken wire to keep critters out so the cover was easy to attach with binder clips. While watering today my dog even came into the enclosure to be in the shade. I still have about 20 tomatoes on the vines, this shade will give them time to ripen. Working with this cloth was easy and it feels very durable. I can use it over and over. Love it.
