Loved it

I didn't realize this was 2 sided so that was a plus! The marker side is really hard to clean completely. But I love this.

Sturdy and attractive

I originally bought this assuming it would have magnetic backing to easily hang/stick to a metal door. It does not have this feature and so the value for the money was less than desirable; however, it's still a good product. I used Home Depot Magnets on the back so I was able to stick it on a metal door. I did not test it's magnetic ability on it's surface but I assume that it works. It works best with Cedar brand liquid chalk.

Great product for a great price

Love it! Gives you the best of both worlds - white board and chalk board. Only complaint is there’s a little residue on the dry erase side but it’s minor. Overall great product! Can’t wait to practice hand lettering on it. Ps. It came with fixtures that I had to screw in myself and a piece of rope. Replaced it with twine instead.

We use this every day

I love this magnetic chalkboard/whiteboard. I have it near our garage door and I update it with important dates, events, and appointments. It keeps all of us organized. It's also great to be able to attach important papers, business cards, or flyers to the board with magnets. I use it every day. I attached it directly to the wall and did not use the supplied hardware.

Perfect for the pantry.

Needed a spot where everyone could leave messages for each other if needed. Got a little basket, a chalkboard same width; painted it white, and wrote, "Chop, Chop!!!" on it. Problem solved. Chop, chop.

Perfect family reminder board

We use on top a key rack/shelf by the back door to post reminders. It is also magnetic and the reverse side is dry erase. Very versatile.

Number one in product and customer service.

Number one all around in product and customer service. I purchased this board for my daughter; who is expecting her first baby boy any day now. It was my gift to her at her baby shower for her her son River's room. Everyone was shocked and I was embarrassed when she pulled it out and it was defective. I contacted Cedar and sent them pictures of the defective board by email mind you it was a weekend. And I immediately got an email back saying that they would replace the board. Several days later; I received the new board. I can't thank them enough not only for the board but for the BEST Customer Service. My daughter is already saying that she wants a board in her room now also. And several friends have made purchases for their children's room. Everyone has been satisfied. Thanks again Cedar.
