Arrived in 2 days like it said it would.Had an issue with my bearded dragon not sleeping at night using an infrared night heat bulb,i changed to this ceramic heat emitter and in minutes after turning the basking light off he goes right to sleep.this has been on 24/7 along with a temp contol unit and hold my 75 gallon tank 80/82 degrees at night.best move i could have made.extremely happy with this product!

Just what I needed.

This arrived on time and is just what I needed. My bearded dragon is so much happier now. The thermometer works well and is easy to set up. I have a 40 gal Breeder tank and it heats the basking side up to 106 depending on the temp of the house.

Great heat lamp

I use this to heat my hedgehog cage since he needs heat but does not need any light. I was very pleased that this one came with a thermometer. It seems to be very accurate and the bulb heats very quickly. I use it together with a thermostat so as not to overheat the cage. This also was listed at a great price - the similar ones I found at Petco were around $40. I have had no issues so far and will purchase again when needed.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they shipped it to me. They were courteous and professional. I appreciate the effort that they put forth to make me happy. Thank you seller for being awesome. Will definitely purchase from this seller again if needed. Original review: It worked well for a week and then can’t seem to hold a good temperature... i check it with a temp gun and it would say 220+ in the beginning and now lucky to get 90. I use it in a clamp lamp over an open top c&c guinea pig cage to give them a warm spot since winter seems to have come it is chilly in their room. Overall works as intended but concerning that it partly died after just a week. I have another one over my bearded dragon and have had it for a year with no trouble so maybe manufacturers error.

Baby chickens are content and comfortable!

Used since a day for chick brooder along with a brooder lamp reflector with clamp sold on Amazon. Great to have the thermometer - easy to figure out the distance the lamp should be from the new born baby birds to keep the air temperature right. Currently using it about 1.5 feet away from bottom of brooder to get a 90F temperature in the brooder. Baby birds seem very content and eat and nap alternately! Not sure if this would work with a dimmer for reducing heat, otherwise I would have to increase the distance to lower the temperature in the brooder later.

Great product!!!

I want to first say that I’m new to the bearded dragon thing I had a white light that was not producing enough Heat. I bought a red light was still not producing enough heat for my 20 gallon tank we stayed around 80° at the hottest. I put this light in and after figuring out that it was working because I did not read what I was buying and I did not realize that it does not produce an actual light I found out that within five minutes the cage was already up to 90°! my son can sleep at night now without a bright light and I’m sure the dragon will sleep better and it instantly brought the temperature up where it needed to be. great product!!!!

Excellent heating device

Excellent heating device, low maintenance and far surpasses a normal heating lamp. I purchased to replace my night time heat lamp for my bearded dragon as he would often stay awake staring at the red night lamp. This allows for sufficient heat without the light source and has improved his nighttime sleep habits. Also saves money as there is no need to replace every 6 months

RECOMMENDED - Good quality heat only bulb. Great price especially with a free digital thermometer!

Great bulb for the money. Quality seems good and the heat is teriffic. I'll update my review after a few months of use. I suggest using the Fluker's lamp with ceramic socket for this type of bulb due to risk of fire using a cheaper plastic socket. ALWAYS check the bulb output and make sure it's within range of your lamp if not your looking at a fire hazard.

You probably need this

As long as it keeps doing what it is supposed to be doing, I am happy. It works 24hrs a day with the digital thermometer and I had to purchase a thermostat separately. Its keeping my hedgehogs alive so its very important that this works correctly.

Exotic hedgehog Heat needed to keep him warm for the winter 5 stars great item bought several as backup lasts about 4 month at 78* when I take him out to play as shut the heater off to cool down must change to clamp clamp and bulb about every four months they burn out
