Another excellent product from Melissa and Doug

We love Melissa and Doug toys. I know I am getting toys that are high quality, durable, and promote creativity and development when I shop M&D. This toy is no exception. My 3 and 5 year olds love it and use it creatively is so many ways: playing restaurant, playing kitchen, calling for pizza delivery. We pair it with a cash register and the M&D ice cream counter and they aren’t bored. They like the menu, Parmesan sprinkle, and of course the pizza cutter. I wish they had an extra cardboard box available though as I don’t see that lasting as long as the wood and felt pieces. The crust, pizza board (pizza peel), cutter are wooden along with the mushroom, peppers, and pepperoni. The red sauce and cheese are felt. All attach with Velcro. Super cute!

7 year old son LOVES THIS!!

Fun, well-made Complete Pizza Set with Counter/Oven too

I’ve bought many “play appliance/food” category items but Melissa & Doug manufacture top of the line in quality toys. They do not cost but a little more than the cheaply made items which crack, split or break almost immediately. These are manufactured to what I would say is “school quality” toys for play. There are pizza toppings, bottle of grated cheese, pizza paddle, 4 pieces of wood pizza, lots of toppings, a nice heavy cardboard pizza box with great quality Velcro too! Grandchildren love to make pizza. You can purchase this complete set with “pizza oven/counter” or just the pizza and toppings. I chose the complete set considering price.

Wonderful, durable, imaginative set for children!

Love Melissa & Doug products!!! We purchased this and the ice cream Shoppe for our 3 and 6 yr olds for Christmas and couldn’t be more thrilled with how much they love these sets!! They have been serving us ice cream and pizza daily! Such strong, durable sets, can’t match them anywhere. Highly recommend to keep those little imaginations active!

Great toy

I didn’t quite want to purchase a big and expensive kitchen for my son who loves to help in the real kitchen... so I thought I would try this toy. He plays with this serving us pizza over and over. It is a lot of fun.

Pizza Maker

This little pizza maker is so cute! I was apprehensive given the cost but honestly, it’s worth it. It has been a wonderful edition to the kitchen space in our playroom and our girls love setting up their pizzeria. Another well made and well loved Melissa and Doug product.

Amazing

We bought this for my daughter and she LOVES it. It's so cute and everything is really great quality. She's been playing with it constantly for the last 2 weeks and the pizza box and money have held up surprisingly well, even after going through the wrath of a 5 year old. Definitley something I'd buy again!

Love the details though the pizza box will not last long. Perhaps the pizza shop will have some personal pan boxes we can get. Works well along side the Star Diner for great imaginative play.

Beautifully made set!

Beautifully made - I love all of the colorful detail! My student loves to use the pizza cutter to cut the pizza and then build the circle crust back up again, and then "sprinkle" it with parmesan cheese. I love building my pizza pie with the lovely colorful wooden and felt pieces and slipping it into the oven with the pizza paddle. The plastic direction sheet is a wonderful reference for the budding pizza chef!
