Don't Give Up So Fast!

So I purchased these about 2 months ago. The first bottle, seemingly did nothing for me. I was only taking 1 capsule, before each meal.. so 3 pills total a day. I noticed appetite suppression but nothing to brag about. I was gonna request a full money-back refund. Instead, I ordered a 2nd bottle. By the the 2nd bottle, I noticed more appetite suppression . I literally forced myself to eat meals because I know that not eating at all is not healthy. So, instead of eating unhealthy meals I replaced with healthier meals and snacks. I cut out all soda and had no appetite for many things like candy, sweets,cookies. Just when I did eat, i tried to eat healthier, instead. With the second bottle, I decided to take 2 capsules 1-2 times a day before meals. By this time, I noticed that I am having lots of bowel activity probably 3x's a week. I am visibly seeing weight loss now. I was a size 18/20W jeans when starting. Now It is time to go shopping because I can barely keep my pants up. I guestimate I am about a 16W/18W now. My goal is a comfortable 13/14. I love the capsules! I am so glad I didn't give up so fast:-)

Amazing!!!

This stuff is working!!!! I always hated my under boob fat and voila!!!!! The photos are taken after only a MONTH of taking CLA! I do workout 4 times a week and I did increase drinking water but that’s about it! Guys drink tons of water, workout a little and invest $ in this product!!!!!

More energy and appetite suppression!

The first week of using this product, I noticed I had a LOT more energy. Not jittery energy, but actual energy and I felt awake and refreshed. Some days I would take a 2nd pill mid afternoon to fight the slump and it is amazing. I'm awake all day without any sleepiness or fatigue. The second week is when I really noticed weight loss. I lost 6 pounds from Thursday to Monday morning. My cravings are gone, and I have to remind myself to eat because my appetite is suppressed. I will definitely be buying again! I sent some to my mom a few days ago, so I look forward to hearing how she loves it, too!

Not bad for an old lady

I started this product on February 15 and only take one a day and have lost 3 pounds which I am sure wouldn't have lost it without CLA. Now that I know this is the real deal I am increasing it and will see what happens in another 15 days. I know it takes time. I am 58 and strength train and do cardio three times a week. I was looking for a supplement to help with weight loss. Taking CLA has helped without much change to my diet or exercise. I've been taking it a little over 2 weeks and have already lost 10 pounds. Can't wait to see the progress once I start back at the gym!!! I was a bit of a skeptic....but it does work.

It works, Give it time

I have waited to post my review because I read that this product takes time to start working. I immediately noticed a change in appetite, but no movement on the scale for over 2 weeks. Water retention is real with this product, so don’t freak out if that happens to you. This week the scale finally moved for real. I lost 6 pounds in the past 4 days. More importantly, I feel better than I have in years and I don’t crave junk food as much.
