Excellent Customer Service!!!

I purchased this for my 2018 JL. I removed my previously purchased antenna to find the size of the threaded rod from the new 50 cal antenna were much wider than what I was seeing on my Jeep. out of frustration I got a return tag and expressed my disappointment that it didn't fit when it specifically states it would work on the new JL. Immediately I received a text from the company letting me know it might be an adapter still on the jeep from the previously purchased antenna preventing it from fitting. I mean immediately. I went back to the jeep and realized this was exactly correct!! Thus I am not returning this antenna and I am expressing my apologies to the company for responding in such a negative way so quickly. Sometimes need to step back before jumping. Thanks again for a great product and being so responsive!!

Great product

I received the antenna quickly which was nice. The installation was quick and easy. I like the fact that the company Ronin sent me emails on the installation and was there if I had any questions. The antenna comes with instructions as well. The Antenna looks awesome on my jeep and it works well for a short antenna. I’ve had no issues as of yet with reception. I love the fact it’s a Vetran run company. As a Veteran myself it’s always good to support your brother and sisters in arms.

Nice product!

Easy to install. Looks good. My only issue was removing the antenna adapter the previous owner installed on the Jeep. As for some reviews that state the antenna does not fully seat, my 2 cents is remove a little of the thread locker before installing. I’m not a pro but I did notice that the antenna had an excessive amount of thread locker that would have been problematic during install.

No more ugly factory antenna

I really like it. It was simple to install. I especially like the fact that the ugly factory antenna is no longer up in the air. Reception is fine. I definitely recommend this product

Reception

Looks Insane!! However, it blends in and is subtle, if that makes sense! Maybe because it is almost the same color as my Jeep. My wife thinks that it is too extreme but...she isn’t a Marine!! Yut!! Reception is great compared to stock antenna. However, I’ve only had it installed for a week. I love the look and happy with the performance!

Very awesome 😎 product. Love the look of it on my Jeep. I did notice that terrestrial radio stations are fuzzy, but not a big deal to me because I am a satellite radio listener, and or just jamming to some metal on the hard drive. If your a patriot like me, this is what you need

Love this antenna! Perfect addition to my jk. Very simple instal, just unscrew factory antenna and screw on bullet one. I have not tried to unscrew the bullet antenna, so I can’t say anything in the “anti-theft”, but very good quality antenna! Radio reception is slightly worse than factory, but not enough to go back to factory antenna.

It looks awesome! Of course there is a tad reception degradation, but nothing to be concerned with living where I do, sirius/xm helps too. The .50 Cal looks great, would love to see a 20MM or 30 MM think it look cooler, if it could fit. Needless to say, I like the way it looks very much.

One solid piece of awesome.

Arrived a day early (even with Prime). Great seller. I had tried another short antenna (about a foot tall) because of all the low-hanging trees in my neighborhood; however, I noticed that at 75 mph the antenna would slap against my hood leaving rubber marks on my brand new JL. This thing solves that problem. It's rock-solid and gives a surprisingly good reception considering it's about one hand high. Sirius sounds great, FM range is just a little diminished, but still functional and flawless in-town. Best part is, no more hood damage and it looks awesome. No plastic parts to break, no adapters, and my threads came with loc-tite red already applied. Great job.
