Makes me feel better clipping my Springer Spaniels nails.

We have a 6 year old Spring Spaniel that we rescued through Mid Atlantic Sp;ringer Spaniel Rescue, and we live on a mountain. His nails seem to grow so quickly and I was afraid of hurting him by cutting to far back and hitting the quick. This pair of clippers has a stop guard, that keeps you from going to deep. He has developed trust in me doing his nails because even though it has to be done more often, he has never had a bad experience during the clipping. The clippers are great, and a great value. It Works..no issues!

I got my shippment way before I expected it...so I am very pleased with the level of service! I was quite nervous about doing this myself. But having read other peoples's reviews, expecially those who were nervous as well and actually did it, I decided to go along and buy this nail clipper, in particular. It is sharp enough to cut my dog's nails with one cut. My dogs nails are overgrown because i never ever cut it. He is 8 y.o. So it does the job I bought it for. My dog was no fuss either even though i had to do it in stages and at different times bc I didn't want him to start panicking. Thankfully I cut only nail and not anything else. I love the fact that this particular company gives a lifetime warranty, which is why ended up choosing this nail clipper, and because of the price. It is ridiculous that there are other nail clippers priced more expensive and not giving any warranty but most likely does the same thing as this one. I love these! I’ve always been paranoid to cut my dogs black nails, so much I have never done it on my own, but this makes it easy. The guard helps to know how far to cut, but I usually do a little shorter just in case. There’s also a tiny nail file that stores in the handle. Very easy to use. Great buy!

Great price for such great quality

These are excellent nail clippers for the price. My dog has a lot of anxiety when comes to getting his nails trimmed so I was happy to see how strong and sturdy these trimmers were. My old trimmers would try to twist when you would squeeze them to trim if you didnt hold them just right, these don't do that at all. They are nice and strong with better trimming blades. My dog was very excited that it only took us 10 mins to do the job instead of the usual 30 minute struggle and his toes weren't sore at all. The safety back can lift up if the dog's nail is longer normal, otherwise works well to keep you from cutting the nails too short. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great Clippers

These are really good, sturdy quality. I have a french bulldog and his nails grow somewhat fast. I usually take him to the groomers but these are great for in between visits. We had some different ones that didn't feel as sturdy. My dog does not like his nails cut, but these are great since I can hold his foot still while I'm trying to cut his nail and these don't feel like they will slip out of my hand while I struggle with him. The nail file that is included with it I don't see using, but it is nice it just slides into the handle.

great clippers for a great price

I love these clippers. I was running out of places that would cut my dogs nails that were in a 10 mile range. I decided to just try doing it myself since he's a bit more comfortable with these. I tried several other clippers before me. Finally, my dog doesn't turn into the girl from the exorcist when I use them. He's actually grown to not care at all. The price is on point for nail clippers considering how awesome they are. I would highly recommend.

Easy to use

It's not really clear how to use these, but basically for anyone wondering, you turn these sideways, with the stopper at the end of the nail, and just clip. You have to clip pretty fast to get a good cut so I'd recommend you check before u snip to make sure you're not going to get skin. Overall it does what its supposed to, and the file actually comes in handy.

I am really excited about all the features on these puppy nail clippers! Ot has a locking mechanism to prevent accidents, and also has a special metal guard on the back side to keep you from clipping the nails too far. I didn't even notice it at first, but there is a built-in nail file that slides conveniently into the handle! These are sharp wnough to get the job done right on the first try. These clippers arrived on time and even came with a coupon.

Best clippers I have ever purchased!

I have had all kinds of nail clippers, I didn't like any of them. I bought this pair a few weeks and absolutely love them, apparently my dog does also, he sit perfectly still while I trimmed his nails, which he has never done! They are sharp and make a good clean cut without cutting the dogs nails to make them bleed. He is a 9 lb Maltese and a year old. I have a 12 year old Maltapoo and knew I would have trouble cutting her nails, as the older she gets the grumpier she gets, sorta like all of us. She is quite a bit larger than the male. She weighs approximately 18 lbs. I sit her on my lap and she saw the clippers in my hand and got skiddish, she is smarter. Anyway, after one nail trim, she did not flinch at all, she sit perfectly still until I clipped all her nails. She has dark nails so it is hard to see how far to cut, I read on the package instructions to cut a small amount the first time and cut them again the next week, it has worked fine! Better than paying to get their nails cut all the time. They get regular grooming, but their nails grow faster than the hair. I give these clippers 5 stars and the manufacturer 100 stars. THANK YOU!!!! Great clippers!!! Except for the nail file it is dull and both hated it. Well worth the price!

Nail clipping made easy.

We have a chocolate lab. As he's gotten to be an old man dog, his nails don't naturally grind down like they used to for walks. My wife is able to clip the dogs nails quickly and effectively with these. Being able to use it single handed is a nice feature and a must for a dog who does not generally like you putting your paws on his paws.
