I love this thing!!! I use it for about an hour every few days and it is the only thing that has ever relieved my neck and shoulder pain. I recommend it from all of my heart! Thank you DAVISMART!

Excellent for neck traction.

High quality material, fits nicely around my average sized neck. It is adjustable for larger or smaller necks. The pump system is easy to use and it expands nicely to provide neck traction. It was even comfy laying back on pillows while watching tv. My c6-7 are herniated and this takes the pressure off so my arm doesn't hurt and tingle. I'd definitely buy it again.

Does everything it says it will!

I love this device. I have degenerative bone disease and a pinched nerve in my neck, and I have bursitis in both shoulders. I have been looking for something just like this device to take the weight and pressure off of my neck muscles, and this device does that. I can’t wear it too long at a time because I get too hot, but that’s not the device’s fault. That’s Menopause😡. I highly recommend this product.

Edit to add: since leaving the negative review they have contacted me, apologised, and informed me they have sent out a replacement. Like I said, my friend has the same thing and I wanted to give it five stars, so I changed it. I love the way this thing works, and the customer service is great if there is an issue. I would LOVE to give this a 5 star review. A friend of mine has the same one and I loved it when I borrowed it. But mine stinks. The odor coming off of it is intense. It smells so strong I don't want it on my body, especially near my face. I tried to deoderize it but so had it hasn't worked.

Life saver!!!!

This thing is a life saver. I have a herniated disc in my neck and been dealing with nerve pain for weeks now. I received this traction device and been using it twice a day now. My pain has considerably diminished and only been using it 6 days now. If you suffer from the same issue I highly recommend you get one of these.

It's addictive.

My chiropractor has an expensive machine that does something similar to stretch your neck. He also will manually stretch my neck when I am on the table for a few seconds. I like the decompression, but I am really active and I can't travel to his office last minute. THIS DEVICE (as goofy as it looks) is magically. I seriously feel like I'm floating in air after a minute or less with this. I only need to use it once maybe every 2-3 days. I have started incorporating it into my meditation routine. It just feels nice to have the weight of your head lifted for just a moment.

I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I had a long road trip to take with my husband. I purchased this product to be able to keep my neck stable in the car. It worked. Our heads are always in a down position. This keeps your head up. You can also pump it up to your comfort level.

It takes my neck pain away in a short period of time. I know I have degenerative discs and this device takes the pressure off of what is causing my pain. I like it better than the posture pump. I have tried many things but this is the best.

“Instant” Pain Relief

Bought it for my girlfriend who has herniated discs in her neck. The compression from her bulging discs was affecting her entire body. She was having a hard time walking and was in constant pain at nights, unable to sleep. It was going on for awhile and it was a living nightmare. I was up constantly trying to comfort her. She suggested getting a neck traction and I researched this one. Ordered it and it came quickly. After a 1/2 hour of trying it she felt instant relief, the decompression freed up her nerves so she can somewhat function. She uses it during the course of the day when she feels discomfort and has used it for several days and life became more bearable again. Unfortunately her condition required surgery and she has gotten a artificial disc. Each case maybe different but I would gladly recommend trying this for those suffering neck pains. Based on her testimonial and of course, console your doctor regarding your neck pains.

Effectiveness with comfort

I'm very pleased with the comfort level of this neck traction design. I've used various more rigid type of collars and find them nearly as uncomfortable as my neck pain! The inflation control on this device makes it possible to customize the level of traction for the individual user, and the fabric is very soft against the skin. This collar opens at the front with adjustable Velcro straps, so there is absolutely no pressure on the front of one's neck, while the wrap-around type devices I've used caused a sense of restriction on my wind pipe. There are no cords to attach to a wall or door, so one is able to walk around safely while wearing it. It's also very reasonably priced, I highly recommend trying this cervical traction collar.
