Great product and first class customer service

I have been an amazon user for so long now and this is the very first time I can truly say I’ve experienced a great customer service. I recently purchased the Believe London couple bracelets for me and my husband for our anniversary. When the bracelets arrived, I must say that the beads are so cute and the bracelets look amazing. I purchased the one with the steel adjustable band for sizing reason. However, the steel band was just attached to the end of the bracelet which makes it prone to breakage. And so it did break when I tried to adjust my bracelet. The next day I received an email from the seller asking how was my purchase. I did not respond immediately but because I really liked the bracelet I was thinking maybe they can help me fix it. And so they did manage to help me out. Now, I am just eagerly waiting for my new bracelet. I can’t wait to wear it! Kudos Believe London you are amazing! Thank you, From a very satisfied customer

Very nice set!

My 13 year old son bought these for his 1st girlfriend. He's in middle school. He thought it'd be nice for her to have something while they are away from each other during summer. They are really very nice. Quality made, very pretty. He was thrilled with them and he loves the little black velvet bag to give them to her in. Shipping was fast! Thank you!!

Come apart unexpectedly

I wish both bracelets were the same size, but otherwise they looked just as I had hoped. I’ve only had the bracelets a couple of weeks, I woke up a few days ago and my bracelet had come apart during the night. I’ve tried several times to fix it but each time I do I’m afraid I’ll lose beads.

Good reminder that distance is worth it.

I love these bracelets. I’m in a long distance relationship currently. I live in the United States and my boyfriend lives in the UK (England). This is part of his Christmas present along with a bunch of other stuff. But I thought this gives a perfect representation that no matter the miles between us, we’re on each other’s minds. It keeps us connected. I haven’t even wore mine and I won’t until he gets his, (it’s a surprise!) but I already can’t stop smiling at the thought of it. Just a reminder to all of you in long distance relationships, when you love someone, the miles don’t matter. It may get hard. There may be more reasons to fight, to cry, to break up. But you push through the hardest of times and it’s so worth it. I feel like distance relationships are stronger. I love the idea and the bracelets are very nice.

I purchased these for someone that means so much to me but we are temporarily separated. The onyx is for him and it appears to be sturdy. from the testimonys I've seen I'm sure they would replace it if it turns out faulty. I'm wearing the white howlite today for the first time and it has heald up through the day and i don't question it's integrity for tomorrow. I am excited to gift him with his bracelet. The presentation is perfect in my opinion. ** I did not shower with it on. Because of the elastic band holding the beads together i dont want to risk it stretching out.

Amazing customer service!

Really really great customer service. I bought a pair for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved them. After some use his band snapped off so I contacted them to purchase a replacement of only the black one and they offered to send a new pair at no cost. The actual bracelets are great and feel like good quality. I love the marbled stones and the matte black stones. I'd recommend these bracelets to everyone!

Great!

Super cute! Arrived on time and were of good quality. However the black one broke the same day only a few hours later. The bracelet came a bit "loose" almost as if there was a bead missing or the rubber threading was stretched. I didn't think anything of it and gave my SO it to wear and it later broke off while wearing it. Maybe ours was just a bad batch. A bit disappointing. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they were absolutely great! Responded within 15 minutes and replaced the product with no questions asked. Great product and great customer service. Highly recommend!

strong bracelets!

I bought these for my fiance and I! He loved them from the second I gave them to him!! they have held up really well, both of us seem to have no luck with these kinds of string bracelets because they usually break, but thus far we have had no breaks! He did notice yesterday that he broke one of the little bands that keeps the bracelet together, but it was nicely double reinforced so it has yet to fully break!

Great for military spouses!

I got these for my husband and myself for some he is deployed. We both haven't taken them off and just looking at it has helped me get through some of the times missing him hits me the hardest. The quality is great and they are both beautiful. My 9 month old rambunctious baby boy is constantly pulling on it and I am surprised to say that it has held up!

Bracelets That Bonds!

I used the product as a gift for my daughter who is away at college in the hope that we continue to bond as a family even while she is away attending college; that she may know and remember that I love her and am always with her. My hope is also that when she feels home sick or alone, this bracelet reminds her of the bond we share. There should be two cards in the bag so that both persons can read it often and be reminded just how special their bracelet is and that someday they will be close together again.
