BEST BUY EVER - use it all the time

When I moved, I no longer had a fridge in the new place with an ice maker. I am an ice user, so back to the old ice trays. Then my niece told me about this ice maker, which she has. My sister bought it for my birthday present and I have been thrilled. I makes ice quickly and just effortless. Fill the reservoir with water - I use filtered so less likely to get any build up in the machine - and let it do its job. I fill ice cube holder in my fridge and then every 4 or 5 days I make it again. When family is over, we start it early, have a stash of ice and if we need more, just turn it on. SUCH A GREAT INVESTMENT.

Works like a champ

I had previously purchase an ice maker from Heartland America. What a mistake. It cost a lot more. Never worked correctly. No customer service and cost a lot more than the Igloo which works like a champ. I would recommend this ice maker.

Works well

When my ice maker broke I thought I would give this a try instead of the typical ice trays. To be honest, I just don't have space in my freezer for the little trays. This machine has been a god-send. It's extremely easy to use. I fill it up with a jug of distilled water, press start and let it run. I probably go through two cycles a day. It makes great little ice cubes.

Great for camping/occasion use

Love it, use it in the camper - perfect for what we needed. Makes ice quickly and conveniently. Little/no noise noticed. A bit heavy to lift. Never had a problem with it. Not for keeping ice cold - you do need to remove the ice from the tray and place into the freezer once ready. Not a big deal to us though.

Nice, smaller ice maker.

This Frigidaire model is great. Just makes a noise when ice is emptied. The last one we had made a little more noise but this one makes ice faster, too, and makes two sizes of ice. Another good buy! I also like the Frigidaire products. This one is also a little smaller than the other brand we had, which we like, and looks good set up on a little table. I think I got the table from Amazon, too.. Then ordered another table it is so useful. Thanks.

It's GREAT

I bought this because my current refrigerator Ice maker stopped working. I wasn't ready to get a new refrigerator, so I bought this. It is great! Makes ice in no time at all! I put it away when I am not using it! Really nice to have. Great purchase.

Love it!

Ice Maker in Freezer bit the dust, and can not afford to replace the Fridge which works, so got this and actually I like it better than the one that stopped working. As in the am I make ice with it to fill two portable items for storage and that last me to the next morning. You have to keep emptying about every 10 minutes as it doesn't have a bin big enough to hold much,I check it whenever it's running and if the red light is on I get the bin I put in the Freezer and dump it's little bin into mine and then put it back in the machine and it starts making more. I have my two bins filled about 10am for the rest of the Day. It's just me in the house so if you have kids it may be longer. I did hear some bad reports so I did an extended warranty.

Arrived in 2 days.this model is much better in design.its made better it's quieter WORKS PERFECT! If you are looking for a count top ice maker pick this one you won't be sorry!
