Something every cook needs

Every year at Saint Patrick's day I make the traditional corned beef and cabbage. Your corned beef comes with a little packet of seasoning that your to open and add to your corned beef. Its a pain to get all the seasoning out after cooking so I just cut a small square of cheese cloth, add the spices in the middle and tie corners together with a little string. I drop it in my corn beef and discard after the corn beef is cooked.

Exactly what i was looking for..

I bought this for cooking my Thanksgiving Day turkey. Instead of basting, I use a cheese cloth. The cheese cloth worked perfectly and the cooking twine was just a bonus. I liked that it was unbleached and the cooking twine was very durable.

Great Product/Great Value

Having a hard time finding quality cheesecloth, I turned to Amazon and found the Livefresh cloth reasonably priced. I wanted this for home brewing and a few various cooking projects. It came with cheese recipes using the cloth which was a bonus that I'm going to try. Really pleased with the package!
