Great little Bluetooth earbud!

I lost my previous Plantronics M165 Bluetooth earpiece. This one was cheaper and I really like the fact that I can pause my podcast or show by pressing the button on the earbud and don't have to pull my phone out and fumble. This earbud fits well and stays put, though I don't run so haven't tested it in a super active setting. Mostly I just listen to podcasts while driving or watch Netflix in bed without waking up my wife. The fact that it's so small and fits inside the ear means I can wear it easily under a hat or with ear protectors on while I use the leafblower, which is nice. Since it fits so well inside the ear canal, it provides good passive noise cancelling, although you do have to be careful in situations where you really *should* be able to hear things around you out of that ear. The magnetic charger is a great idea, especially for something so small. The magnets are strong enough to really pull it into position, and it's nice that it comes with two.

Great Purchase!

I prefer these pieces better than the big oversized earpieces and earbuds of old! I first received a product that may have had defect because no matter how long I charged it, it would not hold up for no more than 20-30 minutes. I was getting aggravated and then I reached out to the seller. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! I've been an Amazon customer for a long time and this was the first issue I've ever had with a product. This seller made sure that I will continue to have a great experience. When I described what was going on, they STAND BY THE PRODUCT, and asked would I be willing to give them another chance and I did. Glad I did, they immediately sent me another device (free of charge/didn't have to return old faulty device) and everything is history from there! I work with my hands a lot so I prefer bluetooth devices when speaking on the phone or listening to music. I held out for awhile before doing a review to see if this second device was going to hold up and it did. Just the other night, I talked on the phone and listened to music for about 5 1/2 hours straight before I had to charge it again. That's good enough for me. Small, compact, slick design. Only knock is sometimes I have to remember where I put it because it is so small. But that doesn't take away from the devices performance and the customer service I received from this seller!

My first and main criteria was something that would fit in my ear comfortabley, very discreet and not be annoying. For this I give it 5 stars. Fits great in my ear and does not bother me. It does not hang out and looks very conservative/discreet which is what I wanted. I'm very happy with this! The sound, battery life, easy off an on are all acceptable to me. The pairing is easy and whenever I turn on the headset it auto pairs instantly to my phone. I have had no complaints with phone conversations. I am actually quite surprised this works as well as it does for talking on the phone. But it does work well. Bonus...the two chargers and case are what made me pick this one over the rest. The earbud snaps right to the magnet perfectly to start charging and it's pretty cool to see it pop in place so easily. The case is great and keeps it all together if you need that. I'm very happy with this and for the price it's a really great buy!

Great device!

I don't write enough reviews. This little thing is fantastic. Granted, it's tiny with a long battery life, so it doesn't have a ton of bass and it's not audiophile quality, but for the size and what it's for, it is incredible. It doesn't sound amazing as far as headsets go, but it sounds good. Especially for the price/size. I have some other Bluetooth headphones by Mpow, and they sound great. They still work and I've had them over a year. I don't like the wire that attaches left and right headphones because it has a tendency to stick to my neck, but they sound good. The battery on those lasts about 4 hrs max but I got them early in the technology. I use this single headset for music and phone. Both work well. Battery lasts approx 6 hrs. It stays in my ear better than expected. Highly recommend for price/quality.

It does everything I wanted! It fits in the ear well! I swap ears if it gets a bit sore (small ears). The battery is great! I love that it comes with 2 USB chargers, one for my car, and one for my computer. It does warn not to use rapid USB chargers, could cause battery explosions... Which makes sense for such a small device/ battery. I have used it so much, while driving, waiting in Dr offices, and even just walking around the house. It is nice because no one typically sees me wearing it, so if they want to talk to me, I just tap the button once and can have a conversation, vs having ear buds in.

Skeptical at first but I am a total believer. Would absolutely recommend.

This is the perfect earbud for using at work where I want to listen to music without having an extra earbud dangling on a wire in order to keep one ear open to communicate with coworkers. It is also perfect for using when on my motorcycle to listen to music but still wanting to hear engine noise and noise from traffic around me for safety reasons. It is low profile enough to easily go underneath my helmet. Sound is what you would expect for a $15 device but does great even with peripheral noise while out on my bike. This earbud fits comfortably in either ear. It pairs effortlessly with my phone when turned on and the range is shocking. I can walk throughout my apartment even when walls interfere and audio is rarely broken up. The magnetic charger is great as I can slip into the USB on my monitor and load the earbud right to it whenever I leave the office for the day. I can't speak to the advertised battery life but have never had to recharge mid-day while at work. I was extremely puzzled when I first saw these as to why you would sell a single earbud at a time that came with two chargers. I still do not completely understand the double charger offer but I am not going to turn it down. I now have a backup!

Great for audiobooks and phone calls

*****Updated 10/30/18***** Apologies to MPOW for the extremely late update. After posting the original review, MPOW quickly contacted me and sent me a replacement. It was the earbud itself that was faulty, not the chargers. The new one works fantastic. Still feel the same about the sound quality. I love it!!! Just make sure you take it out of your pocket at the end of the day....the washing machine is not forgiving. LOL OOPS!!! (My fault, not MPOW's.) They have fantastic customer service. My wife and I have a total of 3 other MPOW headphones and we love all of them. ***Old review****I recieved these 3 months ago. Less than a week in and one charger went out. It came with two, so I just dealt. Now, 3 months in and the other charger won't work. So I have a perfectly good earbud that produces good sound and has decent battery life, but it can't be used... This is perfect for work, driving, around the house, and anything that is not very loud. Avoid things such as mowing a lawn. Great sound quality, (I use mine for audiobooks mostly, but does a good job with music as well) and others can hear me speaking clearly. I want to recommend, but the faulty chargers leave me hesitant.

Excellent product and superb customer service!!

Pros: Quite possibly the best earpiece ive ever owned!! The comfort factor is phenomal as well as the sound. The small size keeps it discrete but seems sturdy. The button is a little ackwardly placed low and has no volume control. The magnetic charging is geat!! Cons: I've gotten 3 full power cycle uses out if it already within 2 days but it has already stopped holding a charge. Tried both chargers to no avail. Might have a faulty headpiece but unsure. May order another to give it another shot Overall an amazing product if mine was a fluke defect. Ive purchased several mpow headsets before and have liked them all until now ***update*** After receiving a faulty product i was sent a replacement. Tried it out for a few days and now that this one charges correctly i love it even more!!! 35 min easily gives a full charge after over 3 hours of use! Definitely recommend this earpiece

--Works Great!-- Will Buy Again

I just got this today, and was very happy to find that it came already somewhat charged so I was able to pull it out and try it right away! I turned it on, and then spent a few minute trying to get it to pair with my computer, eventually finding out that you have to turn it off, then press the on button for about 5 seconds while it's off to turn it on and go right into pairing mode. It fits very much like an earbud, but feels a little different as it is filling your whole ear and kinda sticks into it. I did find it fit perfectly however, and doesn't try to fall out. Once I got it paired with my computer (my phone was busy at the moment) I found it worked immediately for audio output, and once I made sure I was using it as mic input as well, worked for that as well. Very good product, more than expected for the price, and I'll definitely buy again! Only thing that could make it better is built-in storage for a few songs. (There were some negative reviews about using it for music, and while it isn't the best quality, I found it was still very nice, especially if you don't want to talk to someone, but don't want to seem rude, and you can just put it in and cover your ear with a hat or something ) Also, the magnetic USB chargers are so cool!!!!

Functionality, Battery Life, Call Quality All Very Good

This is the second one I ordered as my wife borrowed my original and then kept it. 8-) Great battery life, call quality, and streaming funtionality. Play/Pause works using the main (only) button, unlike Plantronic. If you are having trouble getting other headsets to stay in your ear, this might be what you're looking for as it's light weight allows a firm fit without placing pressure on your ear parts. I got the "naked" version and it looks like a hearing aid so I won't get busted in "No Phone Use" areas in my work facility. Two chargers included so you can put one in your car and another on your laptop. Subnote: the woman who announces the function changes has a great accent and voice. She makes "device connected" sound like an invitation.
