Awesome cooling pad for the price!

It's lightweight, low-profile, and has okay cooling power. The fans could be stronger but I imagine that would introduce a decent amount of noise. I mainly wanted something light and thin that would at least get the laptop vents off of my thighs. I also like that it's quiet and not huge, like many other cooling pads. It fits my XPS 15 perfectly. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the cooling pad.

Perfect for enclosed spaces

I have the IKEA Micke desk with desktop shelves. I got two of these laptop cooling pads to cool my Mac Mini. These things are SURPRISINGLY good at keeping my computer cold. They're very quiet and seem to be working really well. You can feel the little fans working when you first set this up. These can lay perfectly flat, which is ideal for people using these to cool down a mini desktop computer.

Love it works great

This is so nice. I was hoping my laptop would quiet down since it has been so noisy. It really was so hot I think I could have used it as a heating pad or straighten my hair this is about the laptop. back to the fan it is nice and is keeping it cool which I love thank you

Nice laptop fan

Nice laptop fan. It's a bit small for my laptop, I just forgot how big mine is lol. Fits my little sister's laptop perfectly though and she loves it. Fans like this are a great help when you have see an laptop that overheats easily. Makes it a lot easier playing games that require more resources.

A must buy for overheating laptops

My dad's macbook is overheating, causing it to shut down when it gets so hot. I shopped around and found this gem. It connects thru USB and draws power from your laptop, it also has an extra usb port if you need to connect other devices. Fan and lights are controlled by a switch which can gradually increase and decrease the fan speed and light brightness simultaneously. It is very light weight and compact. It has SIX fans that are really silent BUT does the job of keeping the macbook cool! So far it hasn't shut down since we used this. THUMBS UP to this product!

6 fans, 2 USB port and dim blue lights

I have had this for only a day but it seems to do the job as advertised. It keeps my 17" HP Pavilion laptop cool. The six fans, while not silent, are pretty unobtrusive and speed adjustable. While on, they are loud enough to know they are working, but not so loud as to be distracting. One of the USB ports will be used to power the cooling pad, the other is only useful as a charger or power outlet as it does not seem to allow my laptop to communicate with a wired mouse and I am assuming the same goes for wireless keyboards. Overall a good value for the price.

Does a great job!

I bought this with a new gaming laptop after reading that these laptops get pretty hot. It does get hot while playing and this cooler really helps to keep it from throttling - it has never gotten that hot with this cooler running at max speed. When I go to play (World of Warcraft) I turn the laptop's fans to max speed and then turn on the laptop coolers fans to max. Buy with confidence that it will work.

Works great for Lenovo Ideapad 700-15ISK

I bought the "FEMOR 10-15.6 inch Laptop Cooler Cooling Pad, Ultra Slim Portable Laptop Cooling Pad Stand with Bule LED Fans and Adjustable Height Setting, USB Powered, Black" The cooling pad's fans have a direct effect on the laptop's cooling system, keeping the laptop cooler while gaming. The cooling pad was bought for a Lenovo Ideapad 700-15ISK. This laptop has its air intake on its bottom surface, located about 3 inches from the screen hinge. The fans on the cooling pad match the location of the laptop's air intake, so air is pushed into the laptop's intake. When I hold my hand near the laptop's hot air "exhaust" port, I feel more heat coming out when the cooling pad is turned on. The cooling pad provides this effect whether the laptop's own internal cooling fan is at max speed or is at lower speeds. The photo of the item accurately showed the location of the pad's fans. The pad is quiet, even at high power. It has a thumb dial on the right side, allowing fan speed control (no detentes - smooth dial from High to Off). It runs off my laptop's USB 3.0 port as well as from my externally-powered USB 2.0 hub. I haven't tried powering any devices from the pad's USB ports, nor have I tried using the ports as data connections. I'm overall very happy with the cooling pad.

Product came fast and just as describe. Love the design. My laptop doesn't get hot easily like it use to.

Great pad

Small and kept a very hot ultra very cold to the touch. I like the fan volume control and the extra usb. --UPDATE - after installing temp software, I was running way hot - almost 170F. Turned up the dial on this pad and within 10 minutes, the computer almost made snow cones - all green. Not sure why hot laptop manufacturers don't include this like a power supply.
