Solid adapter

Works great with my macbook pro and Dell monitor’s hdmi port.

Works for MacBook Pro 15

Works great. MacBook Pro 15. 3 USB-C to HDMI, only 1920 by 1080 screens so I don't know how well it handles 4k but has no problems with these so far.

BUILD QAULITY IS AMAZING

I initially bought this item back in February in order to display my laptop on my TV. I saw the amazing price and perceived high quality in the picture and had to buy it. I at first got a defective unit, but with my experience I'm business I thought it best to contact uni support to see what they could offer. They responded to my concern within 24 hours giving me a free replacement. The replacement works like a charm and for 20 dollars the build quality of this item couldn't be better. Great item and even better support, thank you so much for everything!

Excellent quality!

I am an IT Specialist for a national company, an avid user of technology, and a musician. I often joke that my life revolves around cables and adapters. I do not typically leave reviews for products on Amazon unless my expectations are surpassed. That said, this USB-C to HDMI adapter from Uni thoroughly impressed me when I opened it from the packaging. The materials used and the build quality are excellent - especially for this price point! I definitely recommend this over the many other adapters out there.

Elegant, well designed HDMI 2.0-compliant adapter that performs

This cable does the job with 4K video. I'm using it to connect a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) Retina 2880 x 1800 display using an Intel HD Graphics 630 and Radeon Pro 560 graphics, to a 4K-resolution Asus PB287 computer monitor (not an HDTV) via an HDMI MHL port on the Asus. The 60Hz refresh rate limit is only noticeable when dragging windows rapidly across the screen. You can see a momentary flicker trail that is simply the limitation of HDMI version 2.0. (Version 2.1 increases this to 240Hz, but the hardware on both ends must deliver refresh rates above 60Hz in order to support it.) The cable itself is well thought out. The braided cable is both flexible and sturdy. I didn't look close enough at the photos when I bought this, but on the USB-C end, there are actually grip strips embedded in edges of the housing. Nice touch. On the HDMI end, all of these USB-to-HDMI adapters have a rather bulky housing. Some are short and squat, others are elongated. I think Uni gets it right with the sleeker, elongated style. Along with the satin metal finish, grip strips, and subtle weave pattern in the braided cable, it's an unexpectedly elegant-looking device considering its rather mundane function.

Highly recommended

I purchased this item when I saw my coworker using it without any issues. I currently use this adapter with a 13" MacBook Pro, and it has been working great for all the monitors and projectors at work. The build quality of this adapter is quite amazing when you compare it to other type c dongles on the market.

Excellent Adapter

I was able to connect my MacBook Pro to my flatscreen with no issues! Also, I didn't realize it would come with a little pouch for organization!

Works excellent. The first HDMI adapter I bought would constantly short with my monitor and was just garbage. I was so relieved when I connected my Macbook Pro to my monitor with no issue using this adapter.

Does exactly what it should.

High quality braided cable. Feels good connecting devices with a solid connection. As you can see in my pictures I’ve got it working with another adapter on the MBP across 3 screens.

Lightweight and high quality!

The adapter is so small, lightweight and easy to carry around. It works perfectly with my new macbook pro and I can easily connect to my Dell U2414H monitor (4K60Hz!!). I've been using it right out of the box and there have been no glitches! I used this together with the black adapter I bought a while ago (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075V68NVR) for my regular use - they are working perfectly well together when connecting to two monitors!
