Well made.....very cool conversation piece. We have it on display. It was great fun letting my wife open in on Valentine's Day. She brags about how romantic I am.....not many gifts get a guy that much praise.

Very nice

The piece is quite hefty, weighing about 1 pound 7 ounces, so it feels good in hand. The quality of the piece appears to be very good and it has some nice details. The movement of the dials was a bit rough, so when I disassembled it to change the password, I sprayed all of the parts with a PTFE dry lubricant. After reassembly, all of the parts moved smoothly. The only thing I didn't like was the heart shaped cutout. You could probably use a rotary tool to change it to a raindrop, but it does not bother me that much. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend it.

Cryptex is awesome,

I bought this to use in a mystery escape room to hold a key. I am pleased with the construction of it. It is Heavy and well built. It was also very easy to change the code. It opens smoothly. However The rings are light weight and flimsy, but I didn't buy it for the rings so that was not an issue for me. It came in a nice padded box.
