Easy Peasy
I am so excited about this! As a music teacher of 15 years, I have a ton of music I can no longer use with my students because of outdated file formats. With this cassette converter, I am now able to access "lost" songs from my own childhood to use in the classroom. This converter works easily and intuitively. I was able to set it up and begin converting my tapes to mp3 format without even needing to look at the directions! File quality once converted is very good and clear. Great product!

Exactly what I needed and better than expected for the cost.
I'm quite happy with this. It came with ear buds that actually have decent sound quality and a USB cord to connect it to your computer if you want. The directions are easy to read and understand. It has a feature that will automatically switch to the other side of the cassette when the first side is finished. There's a switch that is supposed to turn this off, but mine didn't appear to work. I don't need it to, so it doesn't bother me. But it was worth mentioning.

Nice to breakout the old cassettes and listen to them ...
Nice to breakout the old cassettes and listen to them again. My dad is an oldie but goodie and so are his old cassettes, great music to listen to and record to modern day play by using the USB feature. Making the transfer to mp3 is so easy, plug and play essentially; plug in a USB thumb drive and the music goes into a folder, then plug into your pc or another device with USB support and download. Music saved forever! The cassette player is a made of plastic and a little flimsy but use it according to the directions and it's a pleasure. Nice find.

Great vaue! exactly as advertised!
I used this transfer original songs and recordings from 30 year old cassettes that have been played hundreds of times! Totally successful! The only noise transferred was tape hiss. If the hiss is strong enough to be read as signal, it's going to transfer. After a couple of mis-starts, I found operation of this unit to be easy! I downloaded to computer file and immediately synced to a MP3 player. Very happy with the results. Haven't tried available editing software, but I plan to!

Easy to use, No Fuss !!
In the past I had bought a similar product which was very confusing and had poor sound quality. Not this time. It was unbelievably simple and easy to use that it took me less than five mins. To be already recording my first tape. Totally recommend this converter to anyone who has a huge collection of memorable tapes they can’t bare to lose. You won’t be disappointed.

I wasn't sure this would work on the damaged old ...
I wasn't sure this would work on the damaged old cassette tape that had my grandfather's voice recorded but it did. We got to hear some of his interview and his music, something I wasn't sure we'd get off of the 45 year old tape.

When my 3 older kids (twins are 24 & other one is 25 now) were younger they had a favorite boo-boo song on a cassette they would sing it ...
I bought this thing for one reason. My kids! When my 3 older kids (twins are 24 & other one is 25 now) were younger they had a favorite boo-boo song on a cassette they would sing it all the time. I have looked high & low for that one song an can not find it anywhere. So seen this, bought it & copied the old cassette for all 3 of them as a Christmas gift. This thing is awesome & so easy to use. I love it. Now I'm going to move on to my Mothers old Gospel tapes next, she's going to love it as much as I do.

This thing works
I do not know what to tell you except: this simple contraption really does work! Easy to figure it out. I took a precious cassette I had, plopped it in, add the flash drive and recorded in manual mode. I did not need auto mode since this was speech and would be all mixed up files, and I want to edit the MP3 files myself anyway, It recorded a single MP3 file, which sounded just like the cassette tape.I edited the file and made the numerous MP3 files myself, burned them to a CD and reviewed them carefully Simply put, this thing this works. If you put in in single auto reverse, it will switch sides once and then stop--meaning with one click of Play/Record, you get the ENTIRE tape, Side A and B, while you go do something else, Play/Record, and then forget it -- it will switch sides and stop at the end of side B. How convenient is that!? You just got to be careful--it is made all of plastic and looks like it can break easily. So treat it gently. YouTube review videos show that this item has been around for awhile but under a different name. All reviews were positive.

I Like this, it's a great little recorder! I didn't think it would work, but it really does!
Perhaps I shouldn't leave a review so soon after my purchase, but I'm really happy with this cheap little audio tape cassette/mp3 converter. I had a micro sd adapter (to usb) and it worked really well, to my surprise. It created a folder called TAPEMP3 on my micro sd, and saved the tape recording to the folder. It is great quality, as good as the tape, and it was really easy. there's a little button on the front, then you press Play while holding that record button. I'm skeptical of reviews, sometimes they make them up to sell their product, but this one is right on, I wish I had enough to buy ten of them, because I'm guessing that it won't last long enough to record all my tapes. Right now, though, it's golden. So much better than manually recording each side and converting that. I'm happy with it right now, though, it's great.

Works great as a Walkman
I have been using this for a couple weeks now as a Walkman. My only real complaint about it is I wish it had a clip and the volume could be just a little louder. not that the volume level is bad it just could be a little better overall very pleased with this though. Much better then some other newer style ones I've tried quality seems to be pretty good.
