This review is specifically for the seller "Sunvalley Brands" who sold the product to me. I purchased this battery back in May 2018, and come September, the battery stopped charging to its full capacity (I would leave it on the charger for up to 48 hours and it would show that it was only 75% charged). I messaged Sunvalley Brands to let them know my issue and within 24 hours they had a replacement in the mail, free of charge! I can't say enough great things about their customer service. If you have the option, I highly recommend buying from Sunvalley Brands. I now have a new battery that is functioning properly - the battery itself, as you'll see in other reviews here is also fantastic.

I didn't know it doesn't come with an AC adapter to charge it. Not a big deal since I have one that came with my phone, but I was surprised. Works great so far, used it a couple times at home just to make sure I didn't get a dud. Only time will tell how long it will really last. Reviews of the legitimate 10000mAh capacity and good customer service lead me to believe I won't have any problems. The little mesh carrying bag is pretty nice, and protects it while in my bag. The power bank itself hasn't much traction/grip otherwise...I might add some felt pads or something to the bottom.

Fantastic power bank. I had the larger version of this one and it worked great as well, but was just too big to carry in my pocket. This charges my Pixel 2 very quickly and I know it'll keep my phone charged all day while on the go or in those long 12 he shifts at work. It's the perfect size to take with you on the go and doesn't take up too much space. Easily fits into your pocket. One push of the button and it shows you how much juice is left. Very nice feature. This is A MUST have for anyone doing shift-work! Get yourself a high quality braided cable to go with it. Highly recommend.

I received this package via Amazon Prime 2 day delivery in excellent condition and packaging. This is the best portable phone charger I've ever had. It charges my phone quickly. The blue light blinks while charging your phone. You can charge the charger with the cable that's included in the package while charging your phone at the same time. My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was fully charged from 50 percent to 100 percent in about 30 mins while I was using the phone. The charger is big and heavy, and it's bulky in my purse, but I don't mind. This is an excellent quality product, very durable, nice smooth finish, easy to clean, and easy to use. There is a power button to turn on the charger when you're ready to use it. Once the phone is charged, the unit will automatically shut off. It only comes with a charging cable for the product. You will have to use your phone's USB cable to connect it to the portable charger. My photo shows the black portable charger with my portable rapid cable charger, which I also purchased on Amazon. I am happy with my purchase and with the supplier.

I had bought at least a half dozen other brand portable chargers with unhappy results. After reading reviews on RAVPower products, I gave them a try. The bottom line is that they work and work well. The 10000mAh Power Bank has enough kick to keep my phone operating AND charges it at the same time. I find I can get at least three full phone charges out of this particular unit. You simply cannot beat the RAVPower for travel. No more sitting in awkward places at airports - if you can even find an open charging station. No more struggling with cigarette lighter chargers in cars. This is my second purchase, since I found my first being used by everyone else in the household. This is a very basic unit, so if you're looking for more lights, etc., check out other RAVPower products as well. (I paid full price for this product and provided this review because the product deserves it.)

Thus far, I am pleased with this power bank. I have owned it now for approximately a month and it has charged all my portable devices up completely, with plenty of extra power remaining. I have not experienced any overheating of the device, which is good for me since I travel a lot. I use it primarily to charge up my Samsung Galaxy S7 and Amazon tablet. I am amazed at how fast it charges up my devices. The approximate charge time for my smartphone from 9% to 100% was about an hour and 10 minutes. Not bad in my opinion for a small compact power bank. Now, I have yet to charge both devices simoultaneously in order to provide any feedback there. However, this little power bank packs plenty of punch when it comes to charging your smartphone and tablet. For now, I have zero dislikes about it. I am satisfied with my purchase. It was a great little deal on this device. The size and weight of it in my opinion is very good. It's not too cluncky or too heavy to carry around in your pocket. It even comes with a mesh, draw string bag for storage and transport. Great deal and buy!

An excellent portable charger indeed. I use it on my Nintendo Switch and my Samsung Galxy Note 8 and I am very satisfied. I have also tested it on a Nintendo 3DS and works like a charm. I do not find it bulky at all and the carrying pouch and added cables are definitely a plus.

Key Points: - Standard price - Good capacity (At 100% charged, ~3-4 phone charges from ~20%-100% until drained) - Can charge multiple devices at once - Considerably bulky Experience: This product sets the standard for portable batteries. I much prefer the large capacity it provides, as you will be ensured that you won't need access to an outlet for a while. Consider bringing this power bank to provide a charging source that might provide your phone with an additional 6 hours of life if you're travelling and using it constantly. It's enough when charged at full for ~3-4 phone charges if the phone(s) are at ~20%. I personally pack this in my backpack for day travel due to its easy usage and long term supply of power. The pricing is fair, it's standard for a charger this size to go for about ~$20. My only concern is that it is bulky, and intended for packing in a container (meaning it won't fit well into your pockets, but rather in your backpack or purse). If you prefer capacity over portability, this is the product for you.

So far as advertised. I have owned some before and got taken for a ride buying ones listed for higher than they actually are. Price should let you know that as my experience has taught me the hard way. However for 10,000 mAh there is no question in my mind this one is legit. They take a little longer to charge up but this thing not only performed well but when I was at 10 present and needed to use GPS navigation so I just plugged it in hoping it would hold the charge and not die since it was a two hour drive. To my surprise it not kept it from dying it also charged up the battery to 100%. For those of you who use these often that may come as no surprise but as I wrote before I had bought fake capacities before so no I know how a real one works.

I gave this to my friend as a gift. She’s the person who is always looking for an outlet to plug her phone in at public places because her phone is always at 14%. Knowing she was going on an Alaskan cruise and would be doing a lot of excursions where outlets are limited, I knew she would need a power bank. Got a text from her yesterday from Alaska saying the charger (powerbank) was pretty amazing and that it charged her galaxy pretty quick. I did notice that it had a little weight to it even though it fit in palm of my hand but otherwise I don’t think it would be bothersome. It is a little thicker than other ones I saw but it felt pretty sturdy. I bought her a hard case to put it in to keep it dry.
