Best of Its Kind!
I absolutely love this product!! It helped me find my laptop since my Find My Mac doesn't work for some weird reason. I like the loud ring and the LED lights a lot. It was also simple to set up... literally only took like 10 seconds. I had Tile before, but got rid of it since it doesn't have a replaceable battery like the Pixel. The photos were taken in the sun, so it doesn't look as bright, but anyway, I hope this helps everyone else out there!

Small but POWERFUL and super cool device...
This is my first review here on Amazon, and I'm only writing it because this is a phenomenal product. I am constantly traveling for work related purposes, I slap this thing on luggage and never worry again. I've tested it out on pet collars too and it worked perfectly. I was skeptical at first but now that I have one, I think I'll be getting more for family and friends. This thing is super tiny and doesn't bulk up existing key chains, etc. It's affordable and worth the purchase if you're having any doubts. Attached is a pic of it on my current key chain so you can see how small but useful this thing is.

Save your sanity when your wife misplaces her keys at work.
After my wife misplaced her keys at work & I had to bring her the spare keys so she could get home, she looked at me and said, “Ok, your such a tech geek & gadget freak, find me something so I can find my keys when I misplace them”. With those marching orders I started searching the web for such a device. There are quite a few out there and it quickly became apparent that Tile-Mate & TrackR were the best available. In doing further research what sold me on the TrackR is the replaceable battery. I didn’t like the idea of basically having to buy the device again after a year because you can’t change a 50 cent battery. I bought the TrackR Pixel, it arrived very quickly and was even smaller than I imagined it would be. I downloaded the app to my iPhone & connected the device within seconds. Worked like a charm! The only glitch I ran into was that I installed it on my iPhone for testing then tried to pair it to my wife’s iPhone. It just wouldn’t pair. TrackR has 24/7 chat support & I started a chat session and they told me that in order to change the Pixel from one phone to another I need to pop the battery out to do a “hard reset”. The tech support agent recommended that I take some scotch tape wound backwards onto my fingers so that I could get a grip to get the battery cover off. What an ingenious idea! Removed the battery, replaced the battery and it paired within seconds. My wife likes the way the app works. Clean, simple and if this keeps me from having to do an hour round trip drive to her work to bring her the spare keys this little device is worth it and then some! There are two other cool parts about the TrackR that I didn’t find out about until after I bought it, TrackR will send you a new battery free of charge. You don’t even have to pay the shipping. The 24/7 chat support is superb. I can’t say for certain but I believe the support is US based. The colloquialisms used by the agent were American and the chat was very personable, not the scripts that are usually used. I do a lot of chat support in my work and TrackR is one of the best. All in all, Well done TrackR!

I love this product!
I've had my trackr bravo for a long time and now I have fallen in love with my new trackr pixel!!! I love having this product on my keys, remote, charger, and kid you not, even our hairbrush got trackrs on them! I am a very busy Mom with a full-time job. At home, we are not so organized at times, no matter how much I would love it to be. One time I dropped my keys on the laundry basket. Of course, I was calm about it because I had the trackr with my keys but then when I open my App, my Bluetooth was turned "OFF" (oh no) I immediately turned it ON and it did the getting farther and getting closer, after few seconds my trackr beeped! Who would've known it was mixed up with my dirty clothes if I didn't have the trackrs on it? I think the product has been overly misunderstood and people expect too much of it, that is all the bad reviews. It's basically common sense, it is perfect for these type of scenarios and not to track your cheating husbands car or your pets. trackr has done a good job with this awesome product! Thank you for this invention! More power!

Great product, haven’t lost my keys since buying it.
I recently bought a kevo digital lock so I don’t have to carry my keys everywhere but the change in routine actually resulted leaving my keys at a friends house over an hour away on two separate occasions. I researched the other products out there and went with trackr because the batteries are replaceable, the application on iOS is much better than the alternatives and the size of the network. Pairing with my phone was simple and i’ve Even helped someone else find a lost item already.

My wife and I have only been using the pixel for 3 days, but are very pleased. The basic functions are straightforward and easy to understand. Family sharing and WiFi zones took a little experimenting, but seem to work fine. I've already lost my keys once (doesn't happen often), in a place I probably wouldn't have looked (trashcan - see photo), and the pixel led me right to them. We had tiles before, and I understand the range on the new tile version is better than the pixel, but it's much larger and costs $25 trade in per tile per year. They don't have the separation alert either, which I really like. I originally through the light was more of a gimmick, but have come to appreciate that too. I haven't had the pixel long enough to comment on durability, but so far I'm very glad I switched. UPDATE: With a few more days of usage I've also come to appreciate the smaller button - other items in my pocket would occasionally activate my previous tile. The Alexa integration works well, and multiple trackrs attached to one phone work fine (only tried two so far.) I have had two issues, which technical support quickly helped me resolve (by email and phone). A separation alert would occasionally trigger even when the phone and pixel were close. Support shared that too many connected bluetooth devices can occasionally cause a brief disconnect, and bluetooth connections have their limitations - but I believe this would apply to any bluetooth keyfinder. Since I limited the number of active connections I have not had any false alerts. Family sharing through a group can be useful, but also has it's limitations. The pixel will connect to one phone at a time. If I leave my keys and they connect to my wife's phone (shared group), they won't connect to my phone when I'm back in range, since they are already connected to hers (until they disconnect from hers). Overall I'm still very pleased with the pixel, and amazed by the responsiveness of tech support. Update: I've had the pixels almost a year. The small size is great, and the changeable batteries are definitely a plus. Changing is a little difficult, but you get the hang of it. The features are great for my needs and reliable. Some brands have longer range, but that is of limited value unless you are close enough to hear the beep. I've had a durability issue, but customer service went above and beyond to resolve it.

Have extra batteries on hand.
I haven't used the competition but I did the math on battery replacement and this seemed like a no brainier. I bought a pack of pixel and also a twenty pack of batteries here on Amazon. As batteries wear out they replace for free, but since I already have some on hand there's no delay. I'm really happy with how easy it is to find my keys, where I parked my car, where my insurance information is for my motorcycle. Paying attention to battery status is painless and swapping takes about five seconds once you get the hang of it.

Very cool! I like the extra LED lights to help ...
As a longtime TrackR customer, I'm excited to have the TrackR Pixel protecting my stuff. Technically this isn't my first Pixel. I received one at a local TEDx event, customized with the TEDx logo. Very cool! I like the extra LED lights to help me find hidden items. I'm planning to enable the TrackR Alexa skill too!

Found a Lost Cat! Thank You!
The Trackr pixel potentially saved my elderly cat's life. She slipped out of the house during a furniture delivery a week ago, and needs daily medication, and we were frantic to find her, but she was scared and wouldn't come when we called. The Pixel on her collar allowed my husband and I to figure out where in the neighborhood she was hiding, and get her home safely. That's amazing to me. Every pet needs one of these on their collars, mine definitely will.

so I am glad the pixel is such an improvement Compared to the ...
The pixel is a big improvement over the bravo trackr. It connects almost immediately to my phone every time I need to find it, so far the battery life seems to be as advertised, and it's plenty loud. The bravo worked poorly, so I am glad the pixel is such an improvement Compared to the Tile, I'd say they are roughly the same, except that the Tile battery cannot be replaced while the pixel battery uses a replaceable watch battery and the Trackr brand feels less polished. The other big difference is that the TOS of the Tile seem to say that they sell information that the app collects. I don't think Trackr sells that information. From Tile's privacy policy: "We may use tools offered by third party services, such as Facebook, to send data about actions users take on the Services. These third party services may use such data to provide measurement services to Tile or to target ads"
