The customer support is outsourced to BestBuy which in turn is outsourced to India
This is an excellent product. I would give it 5 stars for performance. However customer support in India is a total scam! They charged me $286.00 for a service. They lied to me telling me that my PC had a virus. It did not. They called me back later to get into my PC telling me that my PC was signalling them it had a virus. My PC at that time was not online and it was at the repair shop! It seems as if the scammers in India are trying to destroy the best antivirus in the market.

I know this product is getting some bad press coverage lately
I know this product is getting some bad press coverage lately, but I've been using Kaspersky for a decade now and it just beats everything else. I use to fix computers at a grade school and when all else failed Kasperky didn't. I really don't care what country this is from, Kaspersky even offered to have the source code reviewed by independent labs. I'm not getting mixed up in this political mess, it's still the best product out there.
