Nice durable headphones, very good for the price

My kids bought this item. We plug the analog plug into the xbox controller. They initially purchased the least expensive xbox one headphones, the one with only one ear speaker and it was truly a piece of junk. Item seems to be well made and feels durable. Microphone arm swings out of the way. Microphone mute and headphone volume both are controlled with small box inline with cord. Both work well. Ear pads are comfortable and isolate external sound. Kids say microphone voice quality is fine for online games and for skype. Kids say the stereo sound helps locate the enemy in online games. In games and movies I don't think the sound quality is very good, bass is uncontrolled and sloppy, treble is not so clear. I can't tell if this is the headphones being cheap or inadequate bandwidth sending sound from xbox to controller. Sound from tv is much better. I wouldn't think of listening to music with these. Conclusion: these are cheap headphone/mic for kids to play online games. They seem to be pretty well made and have lasted well. No regrets at all buying them. Have survived several drops.

Better Than Expensive Name Brand

Been using this product for a month. Replaced a $235.00 name brand headset with this one and I like this one better! Use it primarily as a telephone headset with my home wireless phone system and a 2.5 mm adapter. This headset sounds different but is louder than the expensive one. Also works well plugged-in to a computer, my Xbox. and my cell phone. I especially like the no-grab cord. Great deal for the money!

I’ve had it for a week and been using it 6-8 hours a day. Very impressed. Only thing I can say bad is that there’s way too much extra wire if you’re looking to connect your headset to your controller. Looks like it’s designed to go from headset to console. I have mine going from headset to controller headset adapter. Sound great, surround works well. For the price I’m very pleased.

The quality is the first thing you will notice upon unboxing this gorgeous headset. The next thing you will notice is the sound quality and bass response once you put them on. In addition, you will also notice the comfortable fit of this amazing headset, which will lend itself to hours of game play. The value, quality, and overall aesthetics of this headset cannot be matched. I am sure you can find better headsets, but only if you spend two to three times as much.

Great.. at least for seven weeks then it stopped working altogether. But then...Above and beyond Customer service.

Purchased 8 weeks ago. Looked really cool out of the package. The microphone had great sound. However, a week ago the microphone stopped working. Then yesterday the earphones also stopped working. Others have experienced the same thing. Checked all of the connections. Must be an internal wiring problem. Even though it was technically past the return date, I contacted the company and they offered to replace or refund no questions asked. My rating subsequently went from 2 stars to 5 star review because of their great customer service for standing by their product.

They are designed pretty well, look great

At first glance you think the headphones look solid. They are designed pretty well, look great, has blue lighting and fits perfect over the ear. . Had a few issues at first with the headset. Not sure if I got a defective headset or if this is the norm. Yes, i checked my mic settings and I was having trouble with the mic but the sound was great. Turns out I had a defective headset and the great team at Bengoo dispatched a replacement headset right away. I really do love the design, the way it feels, and comfort. I wear these all day long without any issues or discomfort to my ears. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable and great audio quality!

My last headset was a Sony Gold Wireless stereo headset for PS4. It worked great for the year I had it. Suddenly it became uncomfortable to wear. One of the draw backs to those headsets was it picked up all sounds as well. Couldn’t hide a fart if I wanted to, lol. I decided I should get something new, I came across an older version of these Bengoo Headsets, and the reviews seemed promising so I checked out the newer version and took a leap of faith. I’m glad I did. I personally don’t use headsets much, but these are great, and as a girl, I appreciate how cute they look on me, haha! I would purchase these again. Great sound, very comfortable, and looks good too!

Awesome Sound, Awesome Mic, Would recommend 10/10

This is the best affordable headset you can get. I got 2 of them, one for myself and the other for my best friend. The microphone is so clear it sounds like I was talking to him in the same room. The surround sound actually helps when you are in game because you can actually pick up on your objectives sound. P.S. If you are a PS4 or an Xbox One user I would recommend getting a USB extension cord. This is optional because the only reason to get the extension is to get the LED to work.
