Wow! So good!
These are so good! I can't get enough of them. I bought the smaller packages first (12 pack), and ate them so fast. The second time I got the larger size still a 12 pack order. And am almost done. Need to reorder. I can eat two packages at a time. They are so good! I wish they made them more of a whole sale type so that there are more sheets per package!!! :)

This is a great flavor. Very refreshing from normal korean seaweed
This is a great flavor. Very refreshing from normal korean seaweed. I each these things daily as a late night snack :) They're kind of sweet and that's exactly what I need when I get late cravings. Still very low in calories though! :D

YUM~
I was a bit dubious, especially after opening the package to find strange green, paper-like sheets of - snacks? But - they're SO GOOD!! I'm on a low carb diet and since I don't want to eat chips, these are a great healthy alternative when you're looking for salty and crispy.

I have tried many brands of seaweed snacks over the years and I usually buy them when I want to try "healthy snacking" but don't stick with them for long. I bought these expecting to abandon them after a few servings, but something about these are different...they are addicting. I don't know what it is, but these are just so dang good. Just the right amount of salt, crispness, and the "ocean-y" aftertaste is goes away pretty quickly. I knew something was superior about these seaweed snacks when I was eating kettle chips and felt unsatisfied because I wanted these seaweed snacks instead. I'm going to buy more!

these are a great little snack
my only gripe is that I wish they were more salty. these are a great little snack, perfect crunch, good size. I typically eat 2 packs of them since they are only 25 calories for one package. good alternative to a carb or potato chip that still has an initial loud crunch. make no mistake, this is seaweed, and has such a flavor, but its not fishy or smelly or offputting in any way. ill be buying these regularly. great product.

I’m addicted to this stuff!
To me, this is the best tasting and has the best texture than the other brands on the shelf. I always buy the full sheets cuz their little snack packs are just not enough to satisfy and I like to cut them up in a Tupperware and snack on one pack for a couple days. There’s no fishy taste and it’s perfectly salted and there’s not too much oil. I’m So glad they seek the sheets on Amazon!! Yum!

Tasty and keto-friendly
This is for the sea salt version, as I haven't tried the others yet. It's really difficult to find easy snacks that fit a keto or paleo diet. Most of them taste like cardboard or chalk with textures even worse. I'm delighted to have discovered roasted seaweed snacks. They fix that craving that I used to fix with popcorn or chips, except with 2g fat, 1g protein, and 0g net carbs per package, they are perfect for a keto diet. Even if you don't care about macros and are watching calories, an entire package is only 50 calories. Add to that the trace minerals you get (potassium, calcium, iron, iodine, magnesium), and seaweed snacks beat any of the alternatives I've seen on the market. It does take the first sheet or two to get used to the texture: roasted seaweed kind of melts when it first hits your tongue, then becomes a little fibrous and chewy. It actually reminds me of how popcorn will stick to your tongue and suck up the moisture, so it's not bad once you stop expecting it to behave like a leaf of lettuce or spinach. Best use? I love to cut the sheets into 4 and put them in a sandwich bag to enjoy while watching movies with the family. I don't have to feel left out or like I'm being deprived when everyone around me is enjoying high-carb snacks. Of course, you can also add them to miso soup, which I've also done and enjoyed. Meals or snacks, I definitely recommend the gimMe seaweed snacks!

Great taste
Delicious and crispy. My kids devour them. Can’t keep up. I just wish so much plastic wasn’t wasted. Each set is in its own individual plastic box. Not necessary. I’ve bought seaweed strips that come in flat packaging and they were great. Once in a while stuck together but worth not wasting so much plastic.

Teriyaki slaps you in the face with its flavor crystals
OVERVIEW/ADVICE: This review is for the teriyaki flavor (haven't tried the other ones). If you have never had nori (seaweed) before, or have only had it on sushi or musubi and haven't had it as a snack, this might take a few tries to get used to. I'm the type of person that when I try a "new food" that has a texture-flavor combo that I'm not expecting it can take me a little while to get used to it, if ever at all. Don't expect this to be comparable to potato or corn chips. It's more like a crisp flaky piece of paper and though it isn't dense and as filling as chips, one or two packs usually satisfy most people when they're looking for a snack. This teriyaki flavor is pretty good, but verrry flavorful -- imagine eating a plain tortilla chip, then a Dorito, this is like eating the Dorito. If you're feeding this to the kids (especially baby/toddler), this can be a very messy snack as the nori flakes off, and the granular seasoning also makes a little sprinkly mess, so just be aware of that before you give it to them in the car or somewhere else that may be hard to clean. I'm from Hawaii, and out here we eat a lot of musubi (rice ball wrapped with nori, usually with a piece of spam), and we like taking a piece of this (usually a plain flavor though), putting a little rice in the middle, wrap it like a crepe and pop it in your mouth, or add a veggie/pickled veggie or some kind of meat like teri chicken or spam making little mini musubi. I usually fry up some spam with brown sugar, shoyu and water, then slice it up horizontally to make 1" pieces and assemble a whole bunch on a plate for the kids. This is the lazy-man's musubi... OILY/GREASY: Some people have complained about it being "oily"; this is Korean style seaweed which is usually made by seasoning with oil before roasting whereas Japanese nori does not, so there's the difference. If you don't like the oil, try Japanese nori (Yamamotoyama teriyaki is my favorite) but keep in mind it is quite more expensive. Also, you may find that only occasionally you come across packets with lots of oil separated and sometimes it looks like there's no oil in there at all, and I assume that's just a product of what happens during temperature changes. There's pretty much the same amount of oil no matter what (with the gimMe brand). I have found that the Kirkland brand seaweed seems wayyy greasier than other brands. HEALTH/SUGAR: Nutritional aspect...I've noticed a boom recently with nori, with statements of the health benefits especially as a replacement for chips and crackers; be aware that when you look at the nutritional content, most nori packets don't even list sugar, but any of the flavored ones definitely have sugar in them. Well, however they math it out they're able to get away with not having to list it in the nutritional values -- so I'm not really sure how this affects diabetics. I'm not a nutritional expert, no medical training, not a food scientist, etc. so you know, don't take my word for it, I'm just saying, cane sugar is listed on the ingredients list... I'd personally still consider this a healthier option than chips. I say, give it a try and if you really don't like it Amazon will usually just give a refund (you may have to go through Amazon chat/e-mail/phone, chat I like the best, takes like 2 minutes of your time). I think you might have to give a better reason than, "I don't like it." Maybe it "tastes bad", "too greasy", "smells weird", etc. It's pretty expensive so if you don't like it, get your money back!!

My girlfriend recommended them in passing and I thought I might give ...
Just trying these seaweed snacks for the first time. My girlfriend recommended them in passing and I thought I might give them a try. I didn't have high hopes, but I have to admit they are addictive and rather tasty for a healthy snack. The texture is different if you haven't had seaweed before, but its definitely worth a try. For the price you get on Amazon you are saving a good deal over the local store price, at least here in Texas.
