The Little Lamp That Could!

I work security on the grave yard shift at a juvenile detention center. Due to the location of my desk the overhead lighting is very poor. Also I cannot use a plug in desk lamp without the use of an extension cord. Which for safety concerns is not permitted. So I took a chance on this inexpensive rechargeable lamp. The vast majority of the time the lamp is on its lowest setting and still provides me with enough light to read with. The battery also lasts through my eight hour shift with no noticeable dimming. A co-worker of mine was so impressed with it he had me order one for him. I don't think you will find a better battery operated desk lamp at this price point.

Perfect small portable wireless light

I've had two of these for a couple of years, and they perform well; no problems at all. I got a third one just because I use them so much. I tote them around constantly for various odd jobs, crafts, reading, and use them for a night light on dimmest setting if I get up during the night. Great value!!

So far so good

Just brought the lamp and it seems to work fine so far. First taking it out box, hooked it up to computer to charged. waited couple of hours and boom fully charged. however, unhooked it and used for three minutes and placed by on charger chord and the red light appeared meaning that it uses charge quickly. leaving it plug up to computer on every use may be the solution for working good. Use short chord and loop behind computer so it don't be in the way. From the review of others this may not be a good long use lamp for lengthy time at computer or reading unless it is hooked up to charger. All i can say is leave it hooked up to computer and if using it for just for reading , don't read all night for three too four hours and u may not have those problems of dimming out.. Give one to my son but his uses may be different from mines so will give feed back on his operation. i just use mines for light computer work( typing keys at night or light paperwork) when needed. All in all, leave it plug up and maybe u should be good until it has a malfunction.

A Great Little Light

Initially I posted a negative review about this light, complaining about the dimness. The seller contacted me and suggested I plug the light in and let it charge fully, something I had failed to do. What a difference. Now I love this light. It's very light weight, can be easily moved around from place to place without dragging a cord along and gives off sufficient light. A great value. I highly recommend it!

Convenient and economical little lamp.

I really like this little light. I have a hard time seeing the computer keyboard at night when hubby is watching TV and and only one lamp is on in the living room. The three step brightness and touch button is great, as is the capability to plug it right into my laptop to charge it. It comes with the charging cord. Also, the neck is quite the little contortionist and can be twisted to just about any position. If it has any negatives, it's that it is a bit top heavy so if you place the larm too far over the base it will tip over. Just adjusting the lamp head in the direction of where you need light pretty much fixes that problem.

Life changing! Hard to believe for a simple lamp.

Never thought a simple desk lamp could be life-changing. This is it. I am in the over 50 crowd with normal near vision eyesight decline. This beauty is really a game changer around the house and office. This could be one of my favorite purchases ever. Sounds like an over statement? It's not. I felt like a giddy kid first using this lamp. I am sending early Christmas presents to my parents, in-laws and college kid. Key points. 1. Design. This is beautiful, simple and works. Triple light touch button adjustment gives you three light intensity settings for eye comfort. No clicking just a soft touch. I love the bendable neck. Looks fantastic, fun and very functional. Many LED lights have a harsh unnatural glare. This is still and LED but much more natural and to me easier on the eye. We lose power frequently and charged up I now have extra ready to use lights. Bam! 2. Value. Impossible to believe this is built, sold and available at this crazy low price. I'm buying more before y'all get em and there is wait. Ha! The only product improvement suggestion that might be already be offered is I would like different colors. I read a lot of newspapers and get some ink on my hands. I expect this to transfer to the white but I can deal and clean off. A black model would solve this possible concern. Happy shopping!

Perfect for so many things

We actually bought one, then after about a month bought another one. This little light is handy for so many things. Homework, bead work, model building, sewing, coloring, painting etc etc etc! Not needing a cord is huge because alot of the crafts we work on are in tight spaces and this little light fits perfectly. The battery lasts a surprisingly long time and the recharge is fast. With 4 kids, odds are we'll end up buying 3 more for them each to have their own.

could not understand some of the negative reviews, until i realized that they were about different lamps from the same seller on the same page. strange.... so i included a pic. i have been trying to disconnect some of my "vampire" appliances but hate to give up the touch-on convenience, so i tried these lamps. i have not been disappointed! It is lightweight, smooth, sleek, touch sensitive, well balanced & goose-neck shapes easily. Low, Med, High settings are just right..... and, of course, the price makes it so easy to get one for every room!

Perfect little lamp!

This lamp met all of my expectations! I wanted something that was chargeable, lightweight, compact, and didn't look too bulky because I needed it to highlight some products while tabling at a craft show. This lamp is wonderful; based on other seller's reviews I charged it immediately upon unboxing and the next day it lasted the 6 hours of the show on Medium brightness. I'd say the only "negative" thing I'd say about it is that the bottom has no weight to it, so it can be easy to tip over if the neck of the lamp isn't balanced, but I had no issues with it tipping over with people bumping my table all day or picking up items around it. Thank you for this product! The price was right, the lamp fit my needs, and I'm looking to buy another one soon. :)

Great buy.

I included my hand in the second picture for scale. This is just the right amount of light for studying in my small, white-painted-walled room. The lamp was smaller than I expected but it is still totally sufficient. I am surprised that the LED light gets warm. I like that I have the option to either keep it plugged in at all times or charge it and move it around. A really great buy for the price. Feels a little cheap, but does not look too cheap! Note that the light is very blue, as is the case for most LED lights.
