My 1998 Toyota camry’s exhaust pipe got a hole right after the cat. the quick patch i got at the auto parts store held for a week or two but then the exhaust heat burnt right through it again. i then bought this product (2”) and i clamped it right over the pipe and it covered and sealed the pipe really well. it’s been holding for a good 4 months now. will order this part again if needed! definitely recommend

Patch clamp was a little large in diameter for my exhaust pipe - used fiberglass exhaust tape under it and eliminated the center “bar” between the bolts to make it fit more snug. Also used a drop of red loctite to make sure the bolts wouldn’t loosen - looks well made and anticipate this lasting.

My van needed a transmission rebuild and the exhaust Y pipe is a major obstruction. It is a 2005 GMC 3500 Savana 6.0 Gas. Yes you can drop the entire Y pipe but any mechanic will tell you it is a pain. So I cut the Y in a straight section near the passenger side and removed the driver side portion of the Y. I wanted a good solid reconnect and a buddy told me about this sleeve so I got it quick on Anazon and installed it .. no problem. I get no O2 sensor false feed back and it seals completely...no leaks or noise.

Came on time and it was exactly what ordered and needed!! They came already shaped and ready to go, unlike the ones you buy at the store....they’re not only more than double the price in the store but they come completely flat. If you didn’t know precisely what you’re looking for then you skip right over these as an option for a clamp/connector. So yeah I definitely recommend these!! Not only is the price crazy good but they were at my doorstep not even 48hrs later!!

I used these band clamps to secure my new 2.5" exhaust on our latest 56 Ford F100. They held all of the pipes securely in place while fabbing the system. We then welded some of the joints together and left several of the clamps in place in order to remove the system for repairs or mods if necessary. Perfect for our projects !

It had slightly thinner steel then the stock sleeve , but pulled the two pipes in line and tight . It can be installed after the pipes are joined , the heavier stock sleeve may have to be slid on before joining the pipes . Time will tell .

Had to cut a stainless steel exhaust pipe on my car for fitment. Used this clamp to join the two pieces. It worked well and was easy to install. It took me less time to install it than it did to write this review.

Worked perfect for connecting my resonator to my muffler on my ford ranger. This is first time I have ever tried and band clamp and it worked great. I would definitely make sure you get the right size though for the exhaust pipe you have.

Instead of welding my stock exhaust back on I tried this. Since my exhaust was cut off it was just a matter of putting it back in and installing this clamp. It worked flawlessly and now my truck sounds like brand new. It doesn’t leak either which was a surprise.

Very impressed with quality. Worked without need of tapes or putties. Easily instaiied. Reasonably priced. Would buy again.
