Small and highly functional
I bought this to use for pacing my running cadence, and I'm very happy with it so far. It is small and light, the buttons are responsive, and the multiple volume settings suit my needs well. It has a slightly cheap "plasticky" feel, but this is also what makes it a featherweight. Moisture resistance has been the downfall of previous metronomes, so we'll see how this holds up over the long haul.

nice small metronome
i gave this to my niece as a gift as she plays violin and piano, she doesn't like to use the "Regular" metronome for anything, but i gave her this one as a small gift and she can connect it with a headphone so she can know if she plays the piece right or wrong herself. she enjoys this very much and uses it every time she practices! work great, and compact!

OOPS! Lost it.
Love this little metronome. Very compact. Does everything I need. Only problem is, I lost it so I am buying a second.

Works well and small enough to fit in any instrument case.

Great Little Device - Prefer it to the Seiko!
Bought this to wear at an Ice Rink while practicing Ice Dance Patterns. In Ice Dance we skate patterns to certain tempo/beat combinations such as 138 BPM 3/4 time for a Dutch Waltz, or 88 BPM 4/4 for Rhythm Blues. You don't always have the opportunity to play music, so this can help keep you on time. I also bought the Seiko, and am returning that because the sound quality of this unit is far superior. The tone differentiation between the primary and secondary beats on this unit are far stronger than the Seiko. I also found the interface on this to be easier to use. It is really small, and probably weighs half that of the Seiko, which I think is a plus. I have not tried the headphone jack, but I imagine it will be useful if I don't want to annoy everyone at the rink! Overall, I like this and will be buying a few more for the club.

Quite content with product.
My teen picked it out. Just what he needed for piano practice.

Good Running Pacer
Very easy to see and adjust while on the move. I can't hear the frequencies of alarms on watches, but this is loud and also adjustable for lower levels or with ear buds. Very user friendly without having to read any instructions! For runners, it can be clamped to watch for easy adjusting the frequency for paces around 180. In single tone mode it gives a clear signal. Works better than expected for the price.

Super Mini Metronome!
I love this thing, and I'm a music teacher. It's itty bitty, but with a big voice. It uses one of the most common button batteries. They're not expensive. This little metronome is versatile with the ability to change all the settings very quickly. It will divide the measure from 4/4 to 9/8 while sounding out 8 different rhythm patterns. It has 3 volume settings. You can turn it down and practice soft tremolo finger picking, or turn it up and blow fortissimo sax licks and still hear it just fine. You can clip it to your collar in a noisy environment or to the music stand in a practice room, play as loud as you need and still hear the beat clearly. It's super easy to use. If it lasts, I'll buy one for every horn case and guitar case I own. For $10, I can afford it.

Great for the gym
I used it to set the pace at the gym. It works great for that purpose. It has three volume settings, so if you set it to the lowest setting and keep the device clipped to the neck of your shirt, you will not disturb other patrons of the gym.
