Helped my son

These helped my son with the way he holds his pencils, he is 4 and just starting on tracing his abc's. Plus he is left handed, which was a bit difficult for me to teach, while i am ambidextrous, trying to help him hold the pencil was quite awkward... But he is doing so much better now in just a few weeks.

Perfect for my left-handed 4-year-old

I love these! I have unsuccessfully tried to teach my left-handed almost-5-year-old how to hold a pencil; the only way she’d hold a pencil was to grip around with all five fingers, like how you’d hold a stick—no matter how many times I tried to place her fingers differently. We took these out of the convenient case they came in, put the elephant one on, and right away she was holding the pencil properly! Teaching a left-hander to write is hard enough; I am so thankful to have these grips to help me out! My 9- and 12-year-old right-handlers love these as well. 🙌🏼

They are a great help!

I really like the beginner pencil grips! They teach children how to hold a pencil correctly. The grips are a little big for regular pencils. I went and bought some larger ones at the dollar store.

BEST pencil grips around

I absolutely LOVE these pencils grips. My kindergarten students are learning their pencil grip much faster than normal because of their use with the grips. I especially love the ones that have the "pockets" in which the thumb and forefinger sit. The students really understand where their fingers are supposed to be on the pencil. Finally a comfortable grip!

My son struggles immensely with handwriting and we have tried every grip out there to make things easier on him. He absolutely loves these! So cute and they work

I showed my 3.5 year old how to use these once and now she can figure it out herself and she holds the pencils correctly! These are prefect for learning. Then you have the adorable dolphins to graduate to onc eyou have it down with the elephant ones. And they come in a case.

My 7 year old, 6 year old and 5 year old are using these to learn to hold pens/pencils properly. I’ve used multiple brands of pens and pencils and have yet to find one that these won’t fit on. Quality is great

Great variety and colors

I ordered this for my kindergartener who needed help with holding a pencil correctly. The material is not too hard for little fingers. The three different 'types' or levels of assistance have made this product great as a learning tool since I don't have to buy new ones when she's mastered one 'type'. The colors are fun and she loves that they are in the shape of animals. My kindergartener had trouble using them in the beginning, but that is expected (it's why she needed them). But she has improved greatly to the point that she can put them on the pencil and start writing by herself. Overall, I would recommend this. I greatly enjoyed the different types and that they came in a case. This was helpful for organization and prevented me loosing them (which happens when one has kids).
