I bought the larger version at Bed Bath Beyond it was so great I had to have the 8" one which I could only find on Amazon. Used accrued points from my Amazon Prime card which made it a great price under $20.00 free 2 day shipping. These particular "non stick" pans are the only true non stick pans I have EVER owned/used.... every other company's pan start sticking after 6 months. "Mineral DS"... NON STICK!... NON SCRATCH... EASY CLEAN! Not CERAMIC, the "ceramic" ones are terrible. These "Mineral DS" pans are THE BEST I've ever owned/cooked with! Fish, chicken, vegetables, eggs.... PERFECT!!

My favorite pans so far

My husband and I are in love with these great pans. They cook pancakes, etc. perfectly (even distribution, totally non-stick after many months of use). I’ve actually purchased several for family members as gifts. They are quite easy to wash (and we really suggest waiting until the pan cools as recommended - I would hate to warp them by running cold water over a hot pan). I find this size to be perfect in so many ways, but it seems difficult to get this size now.

Even heating so your food won't burn.

Other fry pans resulted in burned food and a sticky mess to clean even though they are labeled Non-stick. This Bialetti pan fries cleanly, even distribution of heat and cleans so easily. It's the best.

Nonstick surface is durable. Interior and exterior surfaces age well.

This is my third Bialetti pan. The pans surface has worn well on both the interior and exterior side of the pan.

He love this pan ! We have a glass top stove and find this to work very well, many fry pans are not even heat but this one does! I highly recommend it.

Best Multi-use Pan Ever

The textured surface design is a brilliant unexpected discovery. Hoping it wouldn't mimic cast iron which has good temperature control, but poor cleaning properties, It's counterintuitive but I was pleasantly surprised that this textured pan cleans better than any of the smooth non- stick pans I have ever owned. The mini-divots work as advertised and allow oil to spread more evenly and prevent food from sealing down on the surface. I also like that it's thick and lay even, and it's deepness which gives it more flexibility than the average skillet. Over the years I have tried many brands with mixed results...including Bialetti traditional flat surface pans, but they don't clean as well so they just don't hold up over time. I do love my Le Creuset cookware, but for all around multi-purpose tasks from eggs to steak, this pan is the best I have ever had. Its been holding up too. After 6 months of daily use it still looks new. All I do to clean it is put a little water in it when it's still hot and then wipe away easily every time. The only thing lacking is a cover, but I found a perfect fitting glass cover and now I'm in business for good! If it ever does wear out, I'll buy another one.
