It helps burning fat efficiently. I do exercise regular basis, and make me more sweat. I've been taking this for 1month now, and lost 2lb with same workout I had been doing and same diet. I take this when my stomach is empty, read some article that is recommended take amino acid when stomach empty is works better.

Great price. Great value. I been taking it for a short time now. It’s seems to give me more focus and I’m feel better. Not fatigued during the day. I stack it with this 1,000 mg and 1,000 mg of L-Carnitine , use only 2,000 mg, that’s 2 grams daily or you will have upset stomach and diarrhea!!!! Take it and split it 4 times a day. Take this one time the L-carnitine and back to this and before 8 pm take the last L-carnitine again. That’s 2 and 2 daily. You will feel better and have better workouts. I like it
