Now I wish I had bought 2!! I found an amazing recipe on a website that I can't remember now (although the recipes in the booklet look great I wanted to go just a slight bit healthier) 4 eggs 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I'm going to try parmesan next) 1/4 cup spinach leaves 2 strips of cooked crumbled bacon Salt to taste And I added (because I had available and like mine spicy) a slice of jalapeno, 3 mini red peppers and a dash of cayenne pepper and black pepper. I will usually blend all except the bacon because I don't like my spinach floating, I want it dispersed, then add the bacon and do a couple of pops in the blender. I steamed in the Instant pot for 10 minutes, then turned off and let sit for 10 minutes and they're perfect. Even my 14 year old and also super picky fiance really like them. I also have made outside the shell hard-boiled eggs (same cooking time as above) and they turned out perfectly. Great for salads and egg salad and NO PEELING lol 2 things I wish I knew: cover with foil so they don't get wet on the bottom (although they were still tasty) and spray with cooking oil. I didn't for the first hard-boiled set and boy was that fun to clean because they stuck like nobody's business.

I just received this item yesterday and tried it this morning to make Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites in my Instant Pot. They were easy to make and so delicious. So much better than when I tried to make them in a dish or mason jar. I did brush mine with avocado oil as they say sometimes they will stick. Mine came right out. I used 4 eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese(I am sure you could use cream cheese or ricotta if you don't like cottage cheese), 1/2 cup finely shredded mexican cheese blend, 1/2 of a roasted red pepper diced & a pinch of salt. I blended all but the pepper up in the blender for 30sec then put in the pepper and pulsed a few times. Poured into the molds. Make sure to cover them with foil so the water does not drip back on them. Put in Instant Pot on HIgh 8min then natural release for 10min. Some say to cook 10min but I think that would be too much. These are amazing! I can't wait to try these for things like mini brownies, mini cakes & mini cornbread. I have just gotten them but they do seem durable.

I found out about this product through an Instant Pot facebook group and decided that I wanted to give it a try. There is a small recipe booklet included in the packaging along with a plastic utensil to help remove the cooked ingredients from the mold. I was finally able to use it today and made the infamous Sous Vide Egg Bites copycat recipe. I have never tried them before so I cannot compare the two, but what I made turned out really good! I followed the recipe included with the mold. I didn't even need to use the utensil because when I turned the mold over onto a plate, the egg bites easily came out. I look forward to using this mold again for other variations of egg bites and maybe even some brownie bites!

I absolutely LOVE this!!! I am not one to follow a recipe but was in the mood for green chile (Colorado style) so I mixed up some eggs (5), some milk (about 1/2 cup) a large handful of cheddar cheese and another handful of green chilies and poured this into the molds. I ended up with 9 total after filling 3/4 full. These were THE BOMB!!! Will make many more times... *Cooked 15 minutes and slow release for 10.

Great product. Arrived quickly! I have only used it once but it worked great on egg bites. Mine did not have any chemical smell. It seems nice and sturdy. I oiled the cups with avocado oil and lowered it into pan with trivet so it was mess free and easy to make little egg bites. I put everything in a blender then poured it into cups so it was super fast and easy to make. This would be awesome to use if you need to get out early in the morning and want some protein for breakfast as they refrigerate and can be reheated later. It takes less than a minute in the microwave to heat two egg bites. It cleans easily with soap and water. I never put silicon molds in dishwasher. I am on the look out for other recipes and uses for this. I am going to try poached eggs. Maybe some mini cheese cake bites.

I recently discovered the Sous Vide Egg Bites that Starbucks has and really love them. However, it can get quite expensive to buy them frequently, not to mention having to get in the car to drive there. I have an Instant Pot that I can cook virtually everything else in, so I figured there had to be a way to make something similar to the egg bites in it. I stumbled on this mold and figured I'd give it a try. The mold comes with a recipe book that includes a few other recipes besides the Starbucks egg bites, but I haven't tried any of them yet. I went right to the good stuff! I've made them a few times. After the first time, I adjusted the recipe a bit for a few reasons. First, the recipe in the booklet makes way too much egg batter for the molds, even filling them all the way. Since I store the bites in the mold itself, I really couldn't make a second batch for the remaining batter. I ended up dumping it. When I made the bites a second time, I cut back on the ingredients in the recipe a bit, but I increased the cottage cheese to give it more of that unique Starbucks taste. That worked! They taste pretty darn close to the real thing after I adjusted the recipe in this way. I'm very pleased with this product!

What an easy breezy way for a special egg dish. "Egg Bites" are on my menu several times a week. Bacon, eggs, cheese, cottage cheese and cream mixed and poured into the Egg Bite mold. Then a quick trip thru the Instant Pot and you have 7 egg bites. I refrigerate the left over egg bites and they can be warmed in the microwave later. I make an egg sandwich to go by placing a sliced egg bite on a piece of toast. This mold is perfectly sized (4 eggs and the rest of the ingredients makes 7 Bites) and so easy to clean. The only mistake I made was only ordering 1. I am looking at receipes where I can use this mold to create serving sized portions of other foods.

The egg mold arrived quickly and in great condition. I ordered them to make the Starbucks sous vide egg bites. The mold worked very well for that. Easy release as expected with silicone. They are the perfect size for my 8 qt instant pot. An added bonus is that the mold also works perfectly for pancake bites as well. I've also made cupcakes in them. This has proven to be a very versatile product. I'm planning on ordering another one soon!

I've been obsessed with Starbucks eggbites. Expensive habit. Got an Instant Pot (knockoff) for Xmas. While looking for the trivet accessory for it, this product came up. I figured why not. Yeah baby!! Just made my first batch. Nomnomyummy! Do yourself a favor and get two right from the get. Not gonna lie, it takes awhile to mix and make (as in not as fast as ordering at Starbucks drive thru). But so worth it and with two you don't need to make as often since you can store in this same container.

I just got an Instant Pot, and one of the first things I wanted to make was a batch of Copycat Starbucks Egg Bites. So I ordered two of these molds and like them very much. Even though they're nonstick silicone, I did grease them lightly with coconut oil, as per the Pinterest recipe. The warm egg bites came out cleanly with the aid of the little spoon-type utensil that was included. I learned not to store the egg bites in the molds, though, as mine were hard to remove cleanly after they cooled off. The molds are very easy to wash with a soapy dish brush. The rigid lids fit tightly and are also easy to clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of mold. I learned something that I'd like to pass along: I thought my Instant Pot trivet with handles would make it easy to remove the hot molds after cooking. However, the handles aren't long enough to lift the molds out easily. So next time I'll make a long "sling" of folded aluminum foil and put it under the molds, so I can use it to lift the molds out without burning myself.
