One motion controlled patio light, coming up!

I put this out in our patio with an automation to control our patio light. When we step out, the light comes on and after 10-minutes of no motion, the light turns off. It works perfectly. I’m using a Philips Hue bulb and Home Assistant. It works perfectly.

Reliable

I can't say enough about these little things. They work great with smarthings... with a device handler.... Very responsive and customizable. Batteries have lasted me forever. I have yet to change one, two years and counting on the first one I bought. I have about 6 or 7 of them. Oh, interesting note two of them decided to be candy for a new puppy I recieved and tore them up, but not enough for me to not be able to take them apart and piece them back together, although with teeth marks and all they still work great. I've also dropped one from a door height onto hard tile and they continue to work. Maybe I just got lucky but they do. These and the iris sensors are my favorite, with these being more responsive and more customizable, iris has temperature reporting which is nice and these have sensitivity settings that are more programmable and other nifty features. Overall, great sensors and the price holds cheaper, not by much, but cheaper than the rest.

I've got 6 of these and they all work great.

I've bought six of these for motion control throughout my house. They all work great and have had 0 problems thus far. I currently use them with Home Assistant, but they also work with Smartthings well. One thing to note is if it detects motion after not detecting anything for awhile it very briefly flashes red. It doesn't bother me at all, but I know more critical buyers might see that as a con.

Great size. Paired easily with Hass

Great size. Paired easily with Hass.io using a ZWave USB stick. Put two side by side (slightly askew) and all I can see is Cookie Monster.

Works great. Perfect Motion sensor. Took a few tries to pair, otherwise fantastic item.

This item is now in my laundry room, bathrooms, closets, garage, and front porch. Have had them for a few weeks. It was a little finicky at first... it took a few tries to get it to pair. But once it was paired, it worked great. No troubles - Works like a charm! It is as described and easy to install. It is great on the front porch as it scares away any people scoping out the house. It detects motion quickly and makes going in dark rooms so nice. Can carry a laundry basket into the laundry room and the lights will just come on without having to set the basket down and hitting the switch.

very unique sensor, works with wink hub 2

works with wink hub 2 generic sensor will report door open and closed, as in door open when senses motion and door closed, i like this action so that i can make rules that need this, my other sensors wait almost fifteen minutes to report motion stop this one will do it within a minute, also very small, about a half dollar size

Eyeball motion sensor

I like the ease of rotating this sensor. I had a bit of trouble positioning it to get the exact motion I wanted to capture—and I still get the dog, but really like it now that it’s set.
