Light pleasant scent, great for dry elbows and heels.

Wonderful thick cream. Sinks into skin, but also leaves a lightweight barrier. Light scent, not overbearing or offensive. Smells like tea tree oil, but it fades quickly. I use it for rough patches on my knees and elbows, and for dry heels. Works very well for both uses. My only complaint is that I'd like to buy a bigger jar. The 4oz tub only lasts me about 5 or 6 weeks.

Solved my itching feet

In addition to the tough dry, dead skin that accumulates around the heels and then cracks, my feet seem to accumulate a layer of dry, dead skin every few week, which then itches like crazy. This has solved the problem. I rub it in really good and then keep rubbing, and that layer of dead skin rolls right off. It definitely softens the thick dead skin around the heels and sides of feet. And then use the stone/brush to finish removing it in the shower. Solved my problem!

5 days in, already a huge difference

After years of dry feet, I got my first skin crack (fissure) under my big toe. I knew I needed to handle the issue or it was going to get worse. I bought this along with some socks that are gel lined. For 5 days I have used the cream 1-2x a day (after shower and before bed) and twice I've slept with it and the gel socks. I've already seen a dramatic difference in my feet. Zero complaints!

This works!

I used to use diabetiderm toe and heal cream for my perpetually cracked heals and raw toes. I have non diabetes related neuropathy, so foot dryness and cracking is hard to control. The diabetiderm worked wonders, but it was discontinued. I suffered for a few years trying one product after another, and nothing worked until I tried this, including other 40% urea ointments. I have not had so much as dryness since I started using this, and I wear open shoes almost all of the time. I was even able to stop filing and pumicing my heals! This is 40% urea, which is necessary for serious foot skin problems, but it also has moisturizers and is more like a thick cream than an ointment.

Heals cracked heels

We used a cream years ago with urea in it for my husbands cracked heels. It was the only one that would heal them. They quit selling it, so we would always look for something with urea. This cream, ingredient for ingredient has more urea than other products that we can find, and it also took his heels from hard, cracked dead-looking skin to normal feet. The cracks in his feet will get deep and even bleed if he doesn't use a good lotion. I'm including this info just to let you know this really works well if you use it at least 3x a week. We had no problems receiving this w 2 day prime.

This is wonderful!! My podiatrist gave me a prescription for 40% urea cream that wasn’t covered by my insurance. 😡 I looked around and ended up buying this PurSources 40% urea cream and my feet have never looked better. Finally a product for soft heels

I am very please with this product. I have callous prone feet since I wear sandals throughout the summer and even at home in the winter. I get a monthly pedicure but even with the extra callus removal step I have dried out heels in no time even with regular pumice stone use. My sister recommended this product because she has had good results. I have been rubbing the cream into my heels twice a day for little over a week and am very pleased with the results. I still use my pumice stone but with better results. My heels look and feel as soft as they do after my pedicure and it has been a month since I have had one. I have a cabinet full of partially used heel creams that are only thick creams with no true ability to moisturize and truly soften the tough thick skin on heels. I recommend this to anyone who wants soft heels.

The Absolute Best for Rough Feet

I swear by this product. Its 40% urea is far more effective than the cream that contains only 10% that is sold at my local nail salon and far less expensive. It works great on rough and calloused feet. Even my elderly father is hooked and uses it daily. When he has run out and gone without it for a few weeks, there is a noticeable difference for the worse. One warning, though--it WILL stain so be sure to put socks on immediately after application. Don't get any on carpet or furnishings because it will not come out. Absolutely great product.

My super active 5 year old son has bad dry and cracked feet for quite some time. His pediatrician actually diagnosed it as athletes foot at one time, and while the medicine helped the dry and cracked toes came back almost immediate.
