Versatile, great colors

I got these for my office, and they work great!! I teach at a local college, and share an office with two other faculty. As such, space is limited. We all have a line up of students we meet with, most days. It is so helpful to be able to pull these out, and use whenever and wherever we need. Then, when done, they stack neatly, and have a small foot print. I kept a couple at home, as, again, small foot print, and can use anywhere needed - when sorting / cleaning out shelves, cleaning the bathroom, extra seating for whatever, etc. They have been very sturdy, even with our "fluffier" students - all are in tact, so far.

I'm happy with these.

Sturdy enough for me avg. adult female. After 8 months a few have legs that are titled a bit from students tipping. I'm very pleased with them. Color is nice. Light enough to pick up with one hand. Easier and safer than moving school chairs. Kids like to use them as desk when seated in our gathering area.

Great for use in the classroom.

I use these in my classroom as part of my flexible seating. The kids love them. I did have to raise the desks a little for students to fit under the desk comfortably. The stools are avery popular seating choice. I was a little afraid they wouldn't be sturdy enough for daily use, but I was wrong. They are of great quality and I expect to be able to use them for years.

Stools for School

Fun, colored stools for our homeschool room. My girls are between 9-12, and these are a great fit. I do tell them not to rock on them, as other reviewers have mentioned. We've placed them around our round work table. I like that they are lightweight, stackable, and movable. We are very pleased with this purchase!

These are the only stools that haven't broken in my classroom. Worth spending a few more dollars on instead of IKEA ones that break easily. My students love them!

Buy These Stools!

I bought these stools for my second grade classroom to brighten up the atmosphere and to provide an alternative to sitting in 'regular' school chairs. Not only are these chairs popular with my students, they encourage good posture, too! The only issue I have with these stools is that the purple stool is so highly sought after, my little angels snapped the plastic seat away from two of the screws after several years of wear and tear. Hopefully I will be able to purchase a replacement soon so I can add the 'purple stool' incentive back into my classroom. :)

Great classroom seating

I use these stools at my guided reading table, but they travel around my room quite a bit for other things as well because they are so light. My students love them and they take up less space than my classroom chairs, so we don't feel as squished at the table when I'm working with a larger group. They stack up nicely too. I've had them for about five months now and they have held up great. Other reviewers mentioned that the legs may bend, so I don't allow my students to rock while sitting on them. I teach fourth grade and I expect these would work well in any classroom 1-6.

This stool set is truly a BEST BUY. It is compact - the stools nest for compact storage. The colors are beautiful. They work nicely on my deck - next to deck chairs, gliders etc. to hold drinks, plates etc. I've received several complements about them. Also, while they are very durable, they are also very light and easy to move around. I might buy another set for my stamped concrete patio. I would recommend them strongly to anyone who needs a reasonably priced set of sturdy, compact, indoor/outdoor stools.

Already assembled! Awesome for the classroom!

I am a busy middle school teacher. I saw these in a peer's classroom and wanted them for one of my classes with 30 students (it's an accelerated class, so no worries about size - they're super good), so they can move about more freely with small group work. Instead of moving desks around, they can grab a stool and pull up to another desk to join a pair and make a group of 3. The colors are great, they hold good weight (they hold me, and I'm on the bigger side), and NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED!!! SO happy!
