She isn't the brightest cat but I love her.

I have two cats. Evil, naughty, stupid at times cats. One cat loves closing doors which is usually not a big deal until no one is home to let her out. I have door stoppers on a couple doors but my bedroom door I like to be able to close at will. This little thing fit the bill. It slides on and off of the door when needed and leaves a good gap if the door is pushed closed so it doesn't latch. Several came in the pack but I'm currently only using 2 and with as durable as they seem I'll have spare ones for a good long while.

I LOVE these! I saw them at a friend's house and ordered them right away! Such peace of mind knowing my son can practice independence in baby-proofed rooms without worrying about the doors! Any room he's allowed in "alone" has one. They're so easy to put on and take off so we can change the doors he can use based on where the adults are. I use them on closet doors as well!

helps quiet door slamming

i am very sensitive and hate when doors slam. these are light weight and easy to carry with me. they are economical and super easy to use! loud door slams can be damaging to children and pets sensitive ears. glad i got them. its other purpose is to use as a pinch guard for children's little hands. i also notice the benefit of pets not being able to get through the narrow opening it provides by letting the door stay slightly open, while letting pets look into the room.

Essential safety precaution for lil fingers

I almost lost the top of my finger in a door when I was a kid. I needed a hand specialist and surgery and was lucky that it eventually healed so for me these simple little foam pieces are a godsend as my daughter has to open and close every door in whatever room she happens to be in. It’s a snug fit so they don’t fall off, they’re soft so they don’t scratch the door or the frame, and they’re thick enough so the door can’t be forced shut.

TAIL SAVER!

My dog's tail was broken when my 3 year old grandson slammed it in a door - don't worry, doggy is ok, it didn't slam too hard and could have been much worse- so the vet suggested these things- they are AMAZING and prevent all sorts of accidents to my fur babies and grand baby! They stay in place nicely and are a good value. You could do the same thing with a cut up pool noodle, but these look much nicer! !!!

Door pinch....happy pets!

I really like these for keeping a door from closing completely so our kitty cat could get to her litter box easily and yet the door would be mostly closed so we or visitors were not viewing or smelling any possible odors. It's a perfect little item for this and would be great with dogs & small children. Another big plus! Using these you can put them at the top of a door so dogs or children cannot reach them & take them out, along the top of a door allows you to adjust the opening you want. Great Item!!! LOVE IT!

Mommy life saver

This product is a life saver. I have a 2 year old who locked herself in the bathroom a few times. She also loves to slam the door. So when i saw this product, i knew it was the one. I no longer have to scream "Dont slam the door!!" 20x a day. I didnt want a regular doorstop bc kids are much smarter than we think and they can just pick it up and move it. But with this, you see... you can just put it all the way at the top of the door and no little 2 foot terror going through her terrible twos can move it, even if she does.grab a chair all the way to the door to try and remove it. So yes, if you have any kids that constantly lock themselves in the bathroom all while slamming the door, this product will save you!!

My Daughter Loved Them!

These were not for me. They were for my daughter. She has a cat that is always getting locked in rooms because he loves to push the doors shut. Now, this prevents her cat from doing that. He doesn't understand why, but it has solved her problem! Thank you for making these. Years ago, I used something similar when my grandchildren were little to prevent them from accidentally locking themselves in various rooms. My daughter remembered this and said she needed to find something like them for her cat. I found these and knew right away they would work. They have made her a very happy cat mommy!

Just as advertised! When a baby gets mobile and discovers moving doors, these become very important. Word to the wise- when these are in place, depending on how your door is hung there may be no gap on the hinge side. So, a child could still pinch their fingers on the hinge side if they pushed the door from that end. That's not the fault of this product design though; it's your door. Our doors are white so these also blend right in. We put them up near the top of the door so we don't even notice them.
