Great device, works well

Great device, works well. The cost that my provider charged me to add to my account and the monthly service fee is a little ridiculous.

Works great for my needs.

I was really hesitant about buying this, but because it was on clearance I did. I have had none of the problems other people have had. It was very easy to activate and works just fine. I love that I can choose whatever plan I may need each month and am not committed to a contract, I also like that I can take it with me so that I can be on my own secure server when needed. I can't speak on customer service because I haven't had to use them.
