I love my knife, I bought this knife because I was tired of cheap knives that I was always struggling with in the kitchen. This is a great kitchen knife!

Beautiful Knife is going to be a favorite

This knife is probably one of the sharpest I have ever had. I'm able to take very thin slices off the fruit or vegetable when I am peeling it. The only problem I had with it is that the bottom point of the blade sticks out too far and makes it very easy to poke your thumb on it while you are peeling something. My husband smoothed it down and now it is perfect.

Good Quality Knife

My husband is a "knife snob" and he thinks this is the best paring knife he's ever had. It's new, so I'll let you know if anything changes with that assessment, but for now, we are very pleased.
