Flagpole mounting rings

Very nice, well made flag mounting rings. I can't see any roller bearings which one would expect with something that appears so well made. Just in case, I sprayed with silicone in side the swivels for now until I can get a white lithium grease just to be sure. Be sure not to have too much tension between eyelets because it will hinder the swivels from doing their job. We had lots of wind the last couple days and they are working perfectly.

Aluminum solution for your flag pole

You are here because you want to proudly fly your American flag. If not your first time, you will have(as I do) two, three or more flag poles sadly resting in your garage. We all share the problem. Cheap plastic holders that come with the pole and after a short time, they break. End of the pole! At last, the solution! Aluminum, NOT plastic and the spinning action will keep your flag properly displayed.

Best flagstaff swivels yet!

I'm really really happy with these aluminum flag swivels. I've had many plastic swivels before these and I've had issues with them all. Some would bind regularly can cause the flag to wrap the staff, others would degrade in the elements and break. Not with these! The flag typically returns to the nomal position and they have been maintenance free. I did have a very windy day and one of the hook/carabineer popped open but it was easily fixed and caused no issues. I will get another set for my other flags! My pole is house mounted and typically is in a 45° angle unless at half-mast. My only recommendation it to check the hooks to make sure the are in good order, otherwise the swivels themselves are excellent.

This one really works!

Exceptionally pleased with this product! The quality is outstanding and so much nicer looking than the clear plastic ring which always yellowed from the sun. My flag flies daily and as I am near the ocean, there is always some wind. The flag has never wrapped itself around the pole.

Had a small problem but the company fixed it right away with zero hassles

Following this review the company contacted me immediately and sent me replacement parts. They worked well. I am very impressed by their communication and standing by their product. I would not hesitate to order again from this company as they are very concerned about their customers and reputation. ORIGINAL REVIEW This product looks like quality and fits my flag pole perfectly. It works pretty good in keep the flag from getting tangled but that still occurs on occasion. The biggest issue is the aluminum flat fasteners. After about two months of use and a few strong gusts of wind, the clasp sprung and will now not close. I can still hook up the flag but not sure how long it will hold. Maybe i just got a weak part but this product is not going to be a long term solution for me.

Two weeks and going strong. Well made and very good finish. Came thoughtfully packaged as well; I was almost more impressed with the packaging but I didn't think to take a pic. I have a direct view of my flag from my upstairs office and although it does not stop furling it does allow the flag to unravel in most cases when the wind blows the other way. I will tell you as an experienced flag person that there is no way to stop furling 100% of the time but these work the best I've found so far. My flag pole is mounted at 45 degree angle on a post on my front porch. I would prefer that the mounting rings use set screws instead of thumb screws so that the head of the screw does not stick out which occasionally causes the carabiner to catch on the head but it usually corrects itself within minutes. If one were to change out the thumb screws for set screws it would improve use by 50% at least making this a 6 star review. There is no perfect solution to furling as even vertical poles have their issues but this one seem to work better than most. Will update if that changes. Update: Still going strong 6 weeks later. Almost zero issues with furling. I used a little silicone grease for better movement but it's really not needed. I did not mention it previous, but I live in an area with strong winds so my flag equipment gets a workout.

I was using the wraps for attachment of all my flags. This makes flag changing a snap. I should of had them years ago.

They work great, not sure of some reviews regarding the size ...

High quality, work as advertised. Following a tip in an earlier review, I did put some black zip ties on the skinny end of the hook to keep the clip from switching positions and also placed some pb blaster on the threads of the set screws so they remain unfrozen. They work great, not sure of some reviews regarding the size of the set screws, seem reasonably sized to me, and don't interfere with the flag at all. I'd buy them again, well worth the money, you get what you pay for and these are high quality to me.

No more tangled flag

We have a diagonal flag pole on our front door. It originally came with a sleeve to prevent the flag from wrapping but it was thin plastic and did not last long in the sun. I could have bought another pole but instead opted to find a better solution to the problem. The Anley Aluminum Flagpole Mounting Rings is that solution. The product arrived in excellent condition and was packed in a surprisingly nice box similar to the ones high end cell phones come in. The rings were easy to install with nothing but a small pair of pliers to snug down the screws. My flag has been up flying with these rings for a month now and I have not had to untangle the flag once.

rings work well with a little change to the pole diameter !!

Reviewed many products with intent of ceasing my 3'x5' flags from wrapping around the pole in windy conditions and decided on these. Liked the reviews. Placed order for 2 packages which would give me 2 rings for each of 2 poles. I missed the description that entailed 1" pole diameter. However, i was able to use "duck" tape to "shore" up the pole to 1/2" so as the supplied screw would hole ring in place. With a little majic, careful wrapping the pole it all worked out. Im pleased with how it works. The grey color tape blends in well with the chrome or silver colored pole and ring. You barely see it. Rings and flags hang well and yes i do see them circle around the pole on windy days.
