Easy to clean

My Parisian wife swears by this pan -- we enjoyed a perfectly roasted pheasant last night, and clean up was quick and easy. Robert C. Ross September 2018

This is a nice heavy roasting pan.

It is not big enough for a large turkey but it's great for roasting chicken or other smaller roasts. The clean up is a breeze with the non stick finish and I am pleased with the product.

Perfect!

Love it - the color, heavy enough to be sturdy but still light enough to carry a cake to the park, the Standard size that goes with most recipes. I’m picky about the items I use in my kitchen and this is perfect. Oh and the cooling rack is highly functional.

Outstanding customer support

I purchased the Chefmade roaster pan with rack to bake chicken and porkchops in the oven. I am writing this review now to commend the terrific technical support that I received from Chefmade recently when the pan I received had a dent in it. They explained that I could continue to use the dented pan because the dent did not break through the coating in the pan. They were professional and very patient with me as they worked through the process to send me a new pan! Thank you so much Chefmade! I am now and will continue to be a Chefmade customer forever.

A beautiful pan

Well-made heavyweight pan, and having the non-stick coating applied to the rack is a nice professional touch. I made oven BBQ chicken, came out perfect, and the baked on brown sugar BBQ sauce came right off with soap, water and a soft sponge. Everyone needs a good roasting pan, and I would recommend this pan to anybody.

Outstanding quality

I was totally surprised by the quality of this product at this price. The gold color is pretty and the surface is really easy to clean. See my work in the photo! Thanks for this product, it's my most successful baking experience.

Works great, no burnt on food!

So far I haven’t had any issues with it. I got this pan mostly because I make oven baked BBQ a lot and I hate using foil to line the pans. Every other pan I had either scratched up, rusted easily, or burnt on sauce never comes out even with soaking and scrubbing. With this pan I soak with soap and water for about 10 minutes and everything comes off with ease.
