• GENTLE ON YOUR BLADES: Our knife guards are felt-lined so that they protect your knives’ integrity without marring their finish or dulling their blades as they slide in and out of the sheath.
  • SAFER, BPA-FREE MATERIALS: Noble Home & Chef’s knife covers are constructed from ABS plastic, which unlike its common alternative PVC plastic, is BPA-free and non-toxic.
  • LONG-LASTING CONSTRUCTION: In addition to it being safer, we chose ABS plastic over PVC for our knife sleeves as it is harder, more resistant to abrasions, and has a higher impact strength. We also designed our knife sleeves to be thick, cut-proof, and more durable than thinner, flimsier edge guards.
  • UNIVERSAL KNIFE BLADE SIZES: 5-Piece assorted knife protectors are designed to fit most paring, utility, boning, Santoku, chef, and bread knives. See dimensions below to determine if your specific knife set is well suited!
  • KNIFE SHEATH DIMENSIONS: (1) 4.75" x 1", (1) 6” X 1”, (1) 6.25” X 1.25”, (1) 8.5” X 2”, (1) 10.5” x 2.25”. Sheath Dimensions are to cover the length of your blade. (Knives Not Included)

When I purchased some new chef's knives to use in my kitchen, I knew I also needed to order a set of Knife Edge Guards to help protect the blades and sharp edges I maintain on my new knives and protect my fingers and hands when removing the knives from the Chef's Knife Case to use them. I studied the Edge Guards listed on Amazon.com and narrowed my choice down to two sets that included the correct number and sizes of Edge Guards to properly cover my new knife blades. Both sets were made of the same material, were priced very similarly and had reasonably good reviews. I decided to order the Noble Home & Chef Edge Guards because of one feature they had the the other set lacked. The noble Home & Chef Edge Guards are lined with a soft, cushioning material to prevent the Edge Guards from accidentally scraping or abrading the knives' blades when they are inserted or removed from the Edge Guards. The other set had some low review scores posted because those Edge Guards left marks and scrapes that would not wipe off, buff or polish away on the sides of the blades of brand new knives purchased by those customers. That was enough for me to make my selection. I removed my new chef's knives from their padded, protective shipping boxes and put the new Noble Home & Chef Edge Guards on them as soon as they arrived. They fit perfectly, hold securely to the knife blade they are protecting, and the padded lining works as designed to protect and cushion the knife blades going on, while they are stored in the Knife Case, and when I slide them off to use the knife. The Noble Home & Chef Knife Edge Guards do exactly what I bought them to do and they do it smoothly and without deficiencies or difficulties. Cio Bella !!

I bought a previous set of Wüsthof knife guards and my knives cut through all of them after a time and had to be thrown out. I decided to try the ExecuChef Professional Knife Edge Guards and have been very pleased with them. They are made of a heavy textured plastic that looks like carbon fiber and inside have a soft felt-like lining. It remains to be seen if they will be more durable, but I love the smooth feel of slipping a knife into one of these guards, they look good in the drawer and make me feel I am cradling my knives when I put them away in these guards. As I spend a lot of money on high-quality kitchen knives I love the look and feel of these and feel they reflect the quality of the cutlery within. I have found a knife for every one of the six guards in the set and all of them feel like they were custom made. Usually, in a set like this, there is one size that is awkward and unusable, but not this time. I tend to be lucky and maybe this is another example of that, but luck is the residue of design, so I will give the ExecuChef team credit for that. I know this is a lot of words about a lowly knife guard, but it speaks highly of any company that takes pride in doing a small thing in an excellent way and the folks at ExecuChef have achieved that. Bravo!

These are very nicely made knife edge guards. Sturdy plastic and lined with soft material on the inside. The measurements for this set of guards worked great for the various knives I bought for my daughter for her college apartment. Since the knives will be in a drawer, these guards will prevent the blades from getting dinged while in the drawer. The only issue that I have is that the 2nd largest guard appears to have loosen up on its own, so the santoku knife falls out from the holder while it is in the drawer. The santoku knife has probably been taken in and out of its holder about 5 times before it started to come out on its own in the drawer. Had it come out while I had it at home, I would have tried to get a replacement.

So. I am an aspiring chef, heading into my first year of culinary school. In which I just bought five knives from the Wusthof, classic Ikon set. By definition, my knives fit perfectly. Unfortunately as you can see in the picture, (the bottom knife) my 5.5 in. Boning knife fits abnormally in the 6 × 1 in protector where the heel of my blade sticks out, but it fits perfectly in the 6.25×1.25 that I am using for my 6 in. Utility knife. This isn't a problem with the set. But I cannot buy another 6.25 × 1.25 which would work perfectly to complete my protector set. If Noble home and chef sold the single protector for say 4-5 dollars a would buy it in a heart beat. I love this product. And would recommend to anyone looking for a simple protective set.

If you have a couple quality chef knives, the last thing you want to do is toss them in the drawer with all the rest of your cutlery to become dull as they rub against all the rest of the riff-raff. There are several solutions, but for those who have certain space limitations, one of the better solutions is simply to protect the blade with some kind of a cover. This set does just that. It comes with five knife covers of assorted size that won't take up any extra space in your drawer but will keep your knives' blades well-protected. The covers are exactly as described and will fit any knife of matching measurements. For the price, I was especially surprised by the high quality. I'm already using them to protect my favorite blades and would gladly recommend them to anyone else.

I like that they go on easily and safely and still grip my knives. I don't have a very good fit for my Cutco Petite Chef's knife however, so I am making do with the one that is much too long. Same with the Cutco Butcher knife. Ordering the same type guards but in the larger set because these are excellent for protecting the knives, and me, while traveling with them. I take my knives almost everywhere I travel.

These are great knife covers for my SG2 and blue steel knifes when I use a bag to travel knifes with. No there not pretty like some off the wood covers that came with knifes, But it's very thin. slide in smoothly Works great does not fall off and no scratch so far. does any one know why, when you buy a $200-$500 on a knife theirs no cover?

Awesome. Very nice, well-made, fit my knives perfectly. These are every bit as good as the Wusthof and Henckels guards that I already have. The 8 inch guard is actually a little longer so it fits my Shun knife perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. I recommend these guards whole heartedly. If you’re looking for knife guards these are the ones.

I bought these edge guards to transport knives from my late mother's house. The 5 different sizes were perfect for different knives. These guards have a nice and sturdy feel to them, and the felt lining is an added bonus! I got great service, and received them right away! I would definitely recommend them!

I love these things. Well made, durable and aesthetically pleasing to look at. Don't know how long they'll stay this nice but I don't have the scratches from installing and removing them all the time. Just very well made knife sheaths that do their job in the knife drawers.
