UPDATE it has Worked beautifully , Great for my back. We have had it up and running every day for the last 2 months , we have kept it at 101 degrees and our electric bill has only gone up 20 dollars a month. Granted here in Florida we are in the 80's this week and 70's last month and with the temperature dropping around 20 degrees a night and the spa drops 10-15 degrees and we run it about 10 hours a day and only when it drops into the 40's we did not try to heat it . We use a nearby Pool Store to test the water and tell us how to keep it crystal clear , makes life a lot easier. LOVE IT..

This product has been life changing for me! Living in a small mobile home park I don't have the luxury of building a Jacuzzi spa. I work hard as a nurse working 14+ hour days (Yes it's true not all RN's make the big bucks...but I love what I do)....moving forward...all I wanted was to sit in a hot tub after work and relax. I finally found it in this product! It's like sitting in a boiling hot cauldron! Easy to set up and maintain and a great price...worth every penny. No "jets" per se but it has a ring that encircles the bottom of the spa that ejects POWERFUL bubble action! If you sit close to them it's like a gentle pounding massage on your back...absolute heaven. It reached 104 degrees after about 24 hours with the cover on. I don't know yet how much my electricity bill will be, but at this point I really don't care! I got a glass of wine, adjusted the LED lighting to a beautiful turquoise color, turned on the bubbles, looked up at the stars and all was right in my world again! My stress melted away! Thank you inventors of Intex products! I highly recommend!

3 weeks in, and so far so good. Pros: - Easy setup. Had this fully assembled/inflated in under an hour. Next time will probably take 30 minutes or less. I have not taken it apart yet, but it looks like it will be just as easy. - If you fill it with already-hot water, it is instantly good to go - The bubbles feel great! There are lots of them and they are very relaxing. - Because the whole tub is soft and the bubble ring goes all the way around, there is no bad seat. Very comfortable - Really does hold 4 (reasonably sized) adults, albeit snugly. 2-3 have plenty of room. - Price is very cheap for what is in fact a real hot tub - Comes with head rests and LED lighting. The former isn't really necessary, but the LED lights are very nice at night. Cons: - If filled with cold water, takes 12+ hours to reach temp - Rapidly loses temp when in use with bubbles - Air compressor is fairly loud - The bubbles are not strong "jets" like you have a few of in a normal hot tub. They do not provide the same intense pressure stream. - Does not come with the cup holder accessory (trust me, get it), or a skimmer net. - Does not come with any of the chemicals you'll need to keep the water healthy, and the instructions for how to use chemicals aren't great

Such an amazing hot tub and what a unbelievable low price. We set ours up in minutes and was warm to 90 degrees in less than 2 hours. Ours was set up by our pool for the winter months. Easily portable and can be stored away during summer months. Highly recommend this product !

Two words, BUY IT!!! For the price, there is nothing better. I did my research before purchasing this spa and it did not disappoint. It seats 2 very comfortably. I'm not sure how it would be with more people, but I bought it for my boyfriend and I and we cannot get enough of it. The bottom is very comfortable to sit on and you don't really need to buy headrests. The unit blows up on its own and holds the air extremely well. I was surprised how sturdy the sides of the spa are and you can actually sit on the sides, if you want. The unit is very easy to use and it can be run with or without bubbles which is nice if you just want to soak. It came with a screw in light that changes the water to different colors or one color, if you prefer. The cover keeps everything from the outside getting into the spa quite nicely. I do like the fact that you can lock it onto the spa in case of high winds or as a safety feature for someone who has children. It does not take long to warm up to the desired temp and there has not been a noticeable rise in my electric bill since owning it. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this spa is for the price. I feel like I'm away on vacation when I'm in it and even my friends who have swimming pools are jealous! UPDATE: 2nd season After getting the spa out of storage and setting it up, we turned it on and immediately got an e90 error code, meaning no water flow. We searched the web for the fix and found this explanation: "These motors have a major design flaw. Most likely, the impeller shaft is worn or cracked. Either you have to buy a new one (you’ll only have this problem again) or you’ll have to make a new shaft. You can do this by purchasing a 1/8” brass rod and cutting it to 2 7/8” length-thereby replacing the bad shaft." We got the brass rod from Lowe's and cut it to the specified length. After replacing this piece and putting the unit back together, the error was gone and we were back in business. The spa is warming as I write this 😊

This was the perfect solution for us when our last hot tub quit working. There are plenty of jets, the temperature holds we, and it's easy to set up. The only complaint would be I can't see it being comfortable for 4 people. With 2 adults and 1 kid there is barely room for movement.

I waited to write a review until I set up and used this spa for at least 8 months to ensure a complete and accurate review. For around $440 including the spa, foam pads, seats, and cup holder, you can’t find a better stress release and personal luxury indulgence! I use it several nights a week and nothing is better than a good soak after a long work day watching the sun set! After reading a lot of reviews, and watching the usual YouTube videos, there are a few tips I’d recommend to optimize this spa. First off, invest in two layers of interlocking foam garage mats to place under the spa, especially if placing on a concrete slab. Place two layers of foam mats on top of each other under the spa and sign up for harbor freight texts or email coupons for the best price on them, each set ran me around $28 with their sales and coupons. You will need to buy multiple packs to create the square footage you need and will have enough extra to place under the pump and create a step next to the spa that you can place a bath mat on to limit debris getting in the spa. I didn’t use the spa a lot in the coldest of winter weeks but the added layer not only provided more insulation and cut down on energy bills to heat the spa but also made it super comfy to sit in if you don’t opt for the optional plastic seats. Also, invest in a large round outdoor table furniture cover, placing that on the spa during the day if in the sun will add life to the spa, protect it from the weather and keep it from fading. It also adds a little insulation. I keep mine set to between 98-100 while at work and turn it up when I get home from work to also save on energy. The temp will increase about 2 degrees per hour when the outdoor temp is around 60 degrees. If you don’t want or can’t afford a significant increase in your monthly utility bill, you can turn the temp down more between uses, it is cheaper in colder months to turn the thermostat down than to turn it off if you use it a few times a week e.g. Thursday through Sunday. For the money, this spa is a great luxury and stress release, and is so relaxing after a long day at work or a strenuous work out at the gym. You will sleep better each night and feel more rested for sure! Such a great value and inexpensive indulgence!

I have waited a little over a year to write this review. I agree with the person that said there are two types of people: those that know about inflatable hot tubs and absolutely love them and those that don't know about them at all. My wife actually bought this and I asked her to log onto her account for me so I could write this. First off we read reviews and figured if it lasted 3-4 months we got our money's worth. 14 months in and it still works great. Something I was concerned about was this: I'm 6'3 and my wife 5'11. We fit in it fine and sitting in it my feet don't touch the other side. My wife doesn't like that the back of her hair gets a bit wet sometimes so maybe a small seat could be used. I use it at least once a day and many times early morning and night. I'm 58yrs old and played football in college and remember required "therapy" for injuries and feel that the warm soak just does a body good. Loosens the stiff back. Ours stays at around 103. The display has gone out in parts but we can still read it. It requires inflation every couple months and this works like a charm. Nice. I rarely use the bubbles. Keep the chemicals fairly balanced. In this area the water is acidic so we add to boost alkalinity about once every 2 weeks. Basically keep a chunk of bromine in the little floaty thing to keep that where it should be. Use test strips. When it dipped well below freezing in the winter i found we needed to put some insulation on the deck openings below. We moved to new house once and relocated it once at this house. Just plug it in to regular outlet and fill with garden hose. Anyway. Huge bargain.

I have had full size fully jetted spas that cost more than 6K. For 400.00 this hot tub almost as good a job and I love that I can easily take it anywhere. I am a female 68yo and I set this up my self with a little effort. I also put down one of those mats that go together like a puzzle (Costco for 10.00) under the thermo blanket and it made it nicely softer on my patio concrete and probably insulated even better! You will not be sorry if you get this hot tub.

What a great cost effective buy! Including filling the tub less than an hour to set up! Temp does cool down when bubbles are in but only to about 98-99f after 90 minutes of bubbles on!! Watch the DVD for a real easy setup instructions. Get the cup holder and a submersible led light.
