This very lightweight coat was perfect on our Scotland trip over Christmas

I ordered XL to allow for layering. This very lightweight coat was perfect on our Scotland trip over Christmas. Snow and bitter cold (0-2 degrees Celsius) was no problem. This jacket kept me warm and folded up into a tiny pouch and fit into my back pack when not in use. Another mention is the 2 deep inside pockets were perfect for putting my passport and tickets into instead of my backpack.

Very Happy with This

This is a great value. Looks and feels great. Construction and material are much nicer than other coats I tried (and returned). It is light-weight and probably not suited for bitter cold. But perfect for coastal chills and temps probably down to 30 degrees. It's also very easy to pack into the small stuff sack for travel and came out looking good, not squashed.

Thin, lightweight, warm!

I've bought it to wear under my raincoat. It is very warm and lightweight. I love how small it packs up. Perfect as a layer under raincoat for wet cold weather. Because it doesn't have an outer shell to protect against wind and weather, I have found that it doesn't keep me warm in cold windy conditions. Cold sunny days without wind, I can wear this by itself and stay nice and toasty. I am giving it 5 starts because so far, it has fit my needs far better than I expected. I love its versatility. I'm not someone who likes bulky outerwear. The double zipper is what I was looking for because it makes it so much easier to unzip from the bottom when I'm driving. It has inner and outer zip pockets for some storage.

Great jacket

I love this jacket, very light weight and warm. Super comfortable, and nice looking. I would recommend this item.

Compact and warm

Love this medium weight down mid length coat. It really kept me warm on winter days. A must when I was traveling between warm and cold climate because I could easily stuff it into my oversize shoulder bag when not needed.

Very Light Weight but Very Warm!!!

I bought this for our trip to Scotland for 2 reasons; one because I knew it was going to be very cold and the second was because all of the jackets I owned were so bulky and heavy! I received the jacket quickly and it was as described and looked like the picture. I was a little concerned because it was so lightweight that I was afraid it wouldn't be warm enough. I was wrong! LOL When we first got there I made sure to wear layers so I wouldn't get cold but quickly found out that the coat was so warm that I was sweating! This jacket is now may favorite travel accessory and it also comes with a travel bag that makes it perfect for travel. I would definitely recommend this jacket!

This coat is light and warm

I love this light weight coat because it is warm. As I walk my dog in 40 degree weather or a little less than 40 it is very comfortable. As my body heats up while walking the coat keeps the heat in and is very comfortable. Also, it isn't too hot in the store while shopping. By-the-way, the coat should fit a little snug to keep cold air out.

This coat runs small

I normally wear a large. I had to return it for an X-large. Otherwise it fit well. It packs well and is very light weight. When it's rolled up in it's little bag it also makes a great neck pillow. I've only tested it down to 12 degrees, so far however, I can tell it will work well for me. I like the fact that it isn't bulky. The fabric doesn't look shiny in the pictures but it is when you see it IRL. It is a good purchase for me and I think it will wear well.

Love this jacket!

My husband and I are visiting Norway next month and decided we'd give puffer jackets a try after seeing so many wear them on our prior trips. I ordered a few to see which might work for me and this is far and away the winner! It's lightweight, stuffs easily, looks classy (as much as a puffer coat can). Collar lays nice, somewhat fitted without being at all tight, perfect length, love the two way zipper. So many of the others made me feel like a Michelan Man - just heavy and bulky and like a stuffed balloon. Almost gave up. Glad I didn't because this is just right!
