Works Great with Technics SL-Q200

My college era turntable found it's way back to me. I'm impressed that (a) it still works, (b) the dustcover is even intact and (c) that cartridges are still available. Not enough of an audiophile to judge the quality against that sort of criteria, but it sounds as good as it did back in the day, and holds up well to the CDs, streaming, and MP3s that make up the bulk of my listening. Happy to have an old friend back making music!

Good Tracking Stylus

A very satisfying stylus replacement for my Audio-Technica AT3482P cartridge. Has a listed range of 1.0 to 1.5 grams with a recommended tracking force of 1.25 grams. I used it on several old LP records at a tracking force of 1.5 grams and it held the groves and just worked really fine. With records that are 35+ years old and abused in their past, tracking is of prime importance.

Does the trick on my old 88' Technics turntable

Bought it as a replacement for an original 1988 era P-mount cartridge. Works nice for me, sounds is good but I am not audiophile enough to tell you how good the sound quality is. I am sure there are better products out there at a much higher price. For the price, it works well and does the trick for my needs
