Helps teen with writing pain

These were for my 14 year old lefty son, whose hand hurts when he writes for long periods of time (essay exams). The grips did help him hold the pencil or pen with less pain. I do wish they came in slightly larger sizes, less for little children and more for near-adults.

Works great

My granddaughter is just learning to write and is left-handed. These little grips have helped her better control her pencils and slim markers and she is doing much better in writing her numbers and letters.

A Great Teaching Tool

This product is wonderful! I found it difficult trying to teach my child how to write left-handed. These grips made it SO much easier. We put them on her "My First Ticonderoga" pencils and she has been using them to write ever since.

Solid choice for improving grip.

These have worked great for improving the writing grip of my left handed students. Though they do get tired of it and revert at times. The struggle is real for lefties.

Cute, functional and they worked for us.

It took a few times using it with him and putting them on every pencil in his pencil cup, but he uses it now and even comes to me to make sure his grip is right. We have the single butterfly wing type. He was really close to the right grip, just using his ring finger instead of his middle finger under the pencil. So I'm glad we got so many in the pack because we put them on all his pencils at home. Not using them in preschool and don't see that we need to. The colors went really well with his pencil colors too.

This is great product for both kids & adults. I highly, highly recommended these grips!

For our South laser kids, it allows for not just better writing skills, more importantly it provides some well overdue " KUDOS!," at school and home. Some children struggle with getting used to these, others not ~ patience for children and parents. These can be lost easily w/no intention for this happening so try to keep a few just for home and just for school. This trip is for adults who can move on to a more professional use.

These have been a great help.

Being right handed, my trying to teach a 5 yr old lefty to hold his pencils correctly was a very difficult chore. I searched for pencil grips which would "force" him to use proper finger placement. It seemed to be a lost cause until I saw the butterfly grips for left handed folks. These have been the perfect solution and now that he has the alignment right, we continue to use them although we can now also use the triangular grips as well.
